When we started working with @aoTheComputer and @ArweaveEco, we saw a problem: mountains of ecosystem data, but little useful insight. So we built The Eye to track developers, daily txs, nodes, and more. Turning community data into something teams can act on. πŸ“‘

Community leadership means being a trusted face people recognize and look to for information, updates, and direction. That means hosting events, working with partners, and even presenting at conferences. Leadership is showing up wherever the community needs a voice.

β€œI don’t want an agency.” Fair. DA Ops works differently. @jonnyringo711 personally onboards with every partner, and works directly in the chats to learn the product and community. No random low-context mods. We don’t outsource the relationship.🀝

Bringing needed tools to users.
The Atomic Asset Migrator is live! Connect your wallet to find Legacynet Atomic Assets from old profiles and UCM activity, then migrate them to mainnet. This tool creates a new AO mainnet asset record pointing to the same artwork already stored on Arweaveβ€”no re-uploading the art. arweave.net/JHR-xjCO8xEwIXFz…

We don’t just report issues. We chase them down.

One user making a mistake is user error. Fifty users making the same mistake is a pattern. That’s where good community support bridges the gap, keeps the team informed, and sometimes even pushes the PR that fixes it.

From helping users onboard, to fixing bugs. Support means much more than just moderation- it means working closely with the team, pushing PRs for user-facing bugs, and even spotting onchain trends. Great support is what turns first-time users into long-term users.
Most think community management is just moderation. It’s not. Good CMs help users, surface recurring issues, triage problems the core team may not have time to handle, and make sure important feedback reaches the right people. Support is the bridge between users and teams.

Believe it or not most support operators don't have the slightest clue about what they support- much less actually use it. Built Different.
Support gets a lot easier when the people helping users actually know the product.

Community management is more than moderation. It’s support, onboarding, communications, issue discovery, escalation, feedback, documentation, and sometimes even contributing to the PR that fixes the problem. But above all, it’s making sure the team understands what users are actually experiencing across the ecosystem.

AI should make support agents more capable. Search the docs faster, summarize long conversations for notes, or find similar cases and repeated issues. AI can resolve a lot on its own, but there should always be a human available in the loop when the situation needs one. πŸ•΄οΈ
