This information will help staff to understand how people currently feel about the adult care and support services they receive now or what they might want to receive in the future.

The results of the survey will be used to help Cornwall Council develop plans for how they will support people in the future so that they can live as independently as possible in their own homes for as long as possible.

Pathfinder has great links with the OUR SPACE Drama Group at Theatre Royal Plymouth. OUR SPACE is a first of its kind creative programme that has worked with over 724 adults with multiple and complex needs.
