WATCH | Tshepo Molio, NYDA Senior Manager responsible for Economic Research, explains the purpose of the Integrated Youth Development Strategy (IYDS).
As Mr. Molio highlights, “we are not here to impose the strategy on anyone; we are here to listen.”
This is an important part of building a strategy that is informed by the realities of young people and responsive to their needs.
Young people have a voice. Their experiences matter. Their priorities matter. And their input is essential in shaping the future of youth development.
