Nick Saban GOLD 🥇 “Negative experiences without teaching kill morale.” This is such an important coaching lesson. Players are going to fail. They are going to make mistakes. The question: What do we do with it?

Of course in real time some folks don’t understand that @nas is our Miles Davis and like Basquiat there ain’t a non-valuable piece he’s ever done. His run of 3+3 albums with hitboy was unprecedented. As with 33 years of his work. Nas is Art and art ain’t hubcaps & fried wings. Yeah @nas is Miles to us

Negativity that goes unaddressed doesn’t go away. It grows. One person can’t make a team, but one person can break a team. That’s why great teams have the difficult conversations. They address the elephants in the room. They tell the truth. They don’t allow negativity to sabotage the mission. The goal isn’t to get rid of people who are struggling. It’s to transform the energy. Energy vampires welcome. Expect to be transformed.

If you want to build lean muscle, you need to prioritize your nutrition! 💪 🥩 Beef and steak

🧀 Cottage cheese Building, maintaining, and repairing lean muscle requires adequate protein, sufficient overall calories, and the right balance of nutrients to fuel your training and recovery. No supplement can replace the fundamentals: real food, consistent strength training 3–5 days per week, and prioritizing quality sleep and recovery. I take 5g of creatine daily, but let me be clear: creatine alone isn't what got me to where I am today. Consistently lifting weights, eating enough protein, carbohydrates, and total calories, and staying disciplined with my nutrition have all played a major role in my health and fitness journey. No shortcuts. No magic pills. Just consistency, discipline, and hard work. 🍽️ Put the right fuel on your plate. 🏋️‍♂️ Put in the work in the weight room. 😴 Recover, stay consistent, and trust the process. Build your foundation with food. Build your strength with hard work. The results will follow! 💯🔥
