I went quiet on here for over a year and some of you asked what happened. When a founder disappears for that long people usually assume one of two things. They made it and checked out or the business didn't make it. Neither was the case. We were heads down building through one of the hardest bear markets Web3 has had. That period finally feels like its behind us and as the market starts to turn I want to share what I consider one of our biggest wins from the bear. We kept our core team together. A lot of projects shut down or made deep cuts to their teams. Many agencies did too. It would have been easy to follow, but most of our team have been with us for years. My co-founders and I were determined to get through it together even if it meant thinner margins for a while. We bet on the team and they more than justified that bet. The first half of this year while the market was still deep in the bear became one of our strongest periods yet. But keeping the business strong was only part of it. For years CodeCraft has been focused on helping other projects launch, grow and go to market. That's still the core of what we do and that business continues to grow. Eventually we started asking ourselves a different question. What if we took everything we'd learned working with other teams and started building our own products too? So we did. @CodecraftGroup is becoming a full ecosystem rather than just an agency, with our own products built by the same team that got us through the bear. First up @Welcome3HQ An invite only network built around something we learned firsthand. In Web3 who you work with can change the whole trajectory of what you build. Founders across the space are already inside, alongside trusted operators and executives from the likes of Coinbase, OKX, MetaMask, BNB Chain and Anchorage Digital, as well as leading VCs, family offices, market makers and more. The next one launches soon with partners I wouldn't have dared to pitch a couple of years ago. And there's a third we haven't said a word about publicly yet. That one gets its own post.
