Thank you! I had a look at your bio and if you have a chance it would be great to chat to you at some point about your work. Really keen on making sure vulnerable communities are properly represented (making dental care accessible to everyone!)

This is certainly something I’ve been thinking about because of course the dental system needs to work for young people too! At the moment, I wouldn’t be able to include a strong CYP perspective (and do it justice!) but it’s something I would like to work on in the future

The first step is to get out and start interviewing some people about their views! Recruitment should go live soon 🤞 so watch this space for details about how to get involved

This is a big task! It's a whole PhD project! Led by @KCarr20 and funded by @NIHRresearch. The goal is to determine what's important to those who deliver dental care, those who receive it and those who help pay for it through tax and make recommendations to improve NHS dentistry

So, what IS the DEPEND project? The 'DEntal care Preference Elicitation: an application to NHS Dental contract reform' (or, DEPEND project) seeks to conduct an independent economic evaluation of NHS dentistry and the ongoing dental contract reform
