We're snowed in, so no traveling to the family Christmas today. But there's 5 inches of snow and counting, it's still coming down, and we're still cozy in our jammies watching Christmas movies. I hope you're having a fun, peaceful day, too! ☃️

Empty Mirror is running late today, for the first time in years. My apologies; I haven't been feeling well for the past couple of weeks or so. Thanks for your patience.

I haven't been well (dizziness, etc.) and have run a little behind on replying to submissions. Hoping to catch up this weekend! Thanks for your patience. I'm doing a little every day. 🌅

The good news: I'm getting a new desk for my birthday. The bad news: I have to move everything in my office, including 4 stuffed bookcases, to make room for it.😅

Came across a photo of Ted Joans and me, taken in the dim basement of Elliott Bay Books in Pioneer Square, Seattle, in 1999.
