Excited to reveal a new style of football management game I'm working on. It combines the full club management sim I'd been working on, with a fun new design and a playable element within the match. It'll be free and playable in the browser. If you want to test it, give me a shout!

Major progress with the animations and gameplay on Flicco, my in depth football simulation. It's really taking shape now. Watch until the end for an absolute rocket from Bruno Fernandis. Played on the browser using a PS5 controller.

Started sending out the playtest for the new mode. Here are the new tactics screens, and some of the teams you can choose from. Can tell I played PES for years... If you want a go: play.flicco.io. Best on a computer with a controller, fine on a phone too. Any feedback, use the bubble in the game.

Today's update on the Flicco football sim I'm working on. Commentary is wired in, amongst a bunch of other gameplay improvements. And I can't defend Corners. Public play test on this game mode is coming this week for anyone who wants to be involved.

Working on a new version of Flicco you play fully: 11 v 11. Already has controller support, or play on a keyboard or your phone. Early days, but here’s a minute of it. Public test release coming soon.

Joe Taylor 2+ shots on target today. Just named in Huddersfield’s XI. 6 of his last 15, 7 of 14 at home. Model has it at 46%, fair 2.20. Huddersfield are 71% to win. When he hits at home it’s been 3, 3 and 5 on target. Lineups update on @ScoutingStatsAI the moment they drop, alongside hit rates, model and game-by-game detail. I built this tool and I haven’t found anything else that does this across this many leagues.

Playable training drills will be in next update of Flicco Manager. Better results in training = more XP towards levelling up the relevant attribute. The gameplay will be fun and rewarding, but you can sim the drills if you want!

854 matches played on manager.flicco.io since Friday, plus another 2,777 simmed. Pretty mad! I want matches to feel fun and alive, so I’m working on how the Flicco players move: more personality, more variety in how they play. Diving headers are… a work in progress 😅

In Flicco Manager, you can choose to play the attacks. The game stops so you can weigh up whether to pass, dribble or shoot. Player ability counts. When shooting, the shaded area is where the shot could end up: it depends who’s shooting. 300 clubs have been founded in the last 24 hours. Get yours: manager.flicco.io
