1/4 I sat down at 8am yesterday and recorded an impromptu lecture on penalties. I heard many people question letting young players step up, especially coming into the game later
3/4 If you drill down a little though, historically the players coming on as a sub that were successful were defenders. Midfielders and forwards that were subbed on may actually be less effective. Again this was just a trend
