i got 1.33M impressions over the last 2 weeks, with help from my grok @bot.
here's how its scout finds and filters research in 7 steps:
my CMO has a companion bot named "HoMI" (head of market intelligence). i'm building this so i'm not the bottleneck for ideas.
1. find the builders
look for smaller accounts repeatedly sharing useful grok bot setups, results and how-tos. not just one viral post.
2. organize the sources
keep watch lists for builders, news and peers. let HoMI maintain a list on your x account and treat it like its following.
3. spot unusual performance
flag posts getting roughly 3x that creator's usual views or bookmarks. compare similar-age posts where possible
4. check the substance
big numbers aren't always enough. useful workflows, verified updates and real failures can matter without going viral.
5. capture the evidence
bring back the source, the numbers and why it might matter. mark anything unverified.
6. hand it to my CMO
my CMO checks the findings against my actual work and pitches worthwhile angles before drafting. a finding isn't automatically a post.
7. clean the lists
drop spam and off-topic accounts so the research stays relevant.
HoMI finds the evidence. my CMO shapes the pitches.
i still bring the firsthand experience, choose what's worth sharing and hit publish.
