On the anniversary of Mzia Amaglobeli's sentencing, EU condemns disproportionate and politicised verdict against her, & calls for her immediate release.
As a co-chair of the #MediaFreedomCoalition #Finland is deeply concerned on current trends of suppression in #Georgia. #MziaAmaglobeli needs to be free to work as this is what journalists do.

My last trip to the regions of Georgia took me to the beautiful Racha-Lechkhumi region with @unwomengeorgia and the Ambassadors of 🇳🇴 and 🇸🇪. Inspiring to meet women entrepreneurs, self-help groups and local changemakers creating new economic opportunities for women across Georgia.
Our embassy 🇩🇰 was pleased to open #SocialDesignDays2026 in Tbilisi 🇬🇪, highlighting the importance of international collaboration in advancing circular solutions. Danish expert Mette Dalgaard Nielsen presented Danish approaches to circular fashion, brought to Georgia by the Danish Cultural Institute. Thank you to all involved for the strong partnership.
