You would think that the BEST plaintiffs lawyers in the world,who got the BIGGEST $$$ judgment in history(according to AFKR) would be able to draft a simple subpoena- perhaps they should hire someone with all that Alex jones money they got to proofread before they go through the trouble of serving an out of state 3rd party person a subpoena to testify on April 5th 2026……. This is hilarious!!!

I see two problems created by their sloppiness.
First, the April 5, 2026 compliance date had already passed when the subpoena was issued and served. A subpoena must command compliance at a specified future time and place. A past date makes the command meaningless and facially unenforceable—a fatal defect. A court would almost certainly quash it on that ground alone.
Second, and more importantly, to obtain a valid, enforceable subpoena on Will now, they would almost certainly need to re-serve him in Tennessee (or catch him in Massachusetts and serve him there again). Serving in Tennessee would change the applicable law, including privilege and shield issues. If I were Will, I would stay out of Massachusetts for a while, as he would be covered under Tennessee’s shield law.
