With the latest patch Rat King's Scrap Grenade is now a tracking homing missile. Less ult power, but dramatically more laning and neutral power after today's patch.

Just to be clear: the patch today put in a bug fix that made the tracking actually work reliably. It was incredibly buggy, inconsistent, and ineffective prior to this patch. So effectively it did not "already work that way" for actual situations prior to today.
