Clayton Kershaw reaffirms that he'll finish his career with the Dodgers:
"The Dodgers have stuck with me. it hasn't been all roses. I'm super grateful now. To say that I got to spend my whole career here, and I will spend my whole career here. I have a lot more appreciation."

Congratulations to @matt_stafford9 today he broke my dads @RamsNFL career touchdown record of 154 TDs , which was held since 1969 - for 57 years 👀 Proud of you dad ! @kelleystaff
A true ‘you remember exactly where you were' all-time Dodgers moment.
The Kirk Gibson connection was wild. Both hit Game 1 walk-off homers at Dodger Stadium while injured, 36 years apart. Gibby's landed at 8:38 p.m., Freddie’s at 8:39 p.m. Pure Euphoria.
Luka’s highest MVP finish was third in 2023–24, behind Jokić and SGA.
He averaged 33.9 points, 9.2 rebounds and 9.8 assists, and Dallas finished as the No. 5 seed.
If anything, voter fatigue towards Joker and SGA could help him. Luka is just too elite not to win at least one.

Imagine thinking Luka's MVP window was closing, and this was the last year he could win an MVP.
Luka's already had multiple MVP-deserving seasons production wise. Kobe didn't get his first MVP until 29. Luka is 27. He'll have a 5 year window at least to win an MVP or two.

Was that the best half of Rams football this season?

Davis Allen scores his second TD of the game to put the Rams up 14-3 on the Raiders with 10:01 left to play in the second quarter.
The reports of the Rams’ demise have been greatly exaggerated. We remember everyone who said the Rams "were done."
The most relevant Lincoln Riley had USC was in year 1. We're in year 5. His terrible hirings will be a big reason why he' failed. He's never had to build a program from the ground up. USC is a top 5 all-time program. He's been objectively worse than Clay Helton.
When it comes to return on investment. USC arguably made the worst head coaching hire in the history of college football with Lincoln Riley. $110 million. No CFP appearances. No meaningful wins. Mostly absolutely irrelevant.
USC's season over before halloween and UCLA is a top 10 team heading for the College Football Playoff. I never imagined in a million years that that would be the case. USC needs to blow it up and start over. Their head coach is a fraud. Trojans deserve better.
