The DMT-CENT #1 auction page is live on @scarcedotcity.
This is the first coin of 100, and the first UNAT minted. It was inscribed on an uncommon sat, the first sat of a block. It’s the only uncommon in the collection.
Bidding opens Friday, Nov 20 at 3pm EST and closes Sunday, Nov 22 around 3pm EST. Bids in the final minutes extend the clock.
The first batch, #2 to #10, follows on Monday, Nov 23.

On its own, a UNAT is a JSON text inscription. In most explorers it shows up as a blob of code.
So every DMT-CENT mint was reinscribed with a 3D replica of its coin on the same sat. The art gives each UNAT a body, and since they share one sat they always move together.
The first UNAT collection viewable in any ordinals explorer.
See all 100 at dmtcent.com/art
Every coin’s engraving gets revealed twice. First on the physical coin when you remove the private key seal. Second on the 3D art when the UNAT moves from the coin’s address.

The first DMT-CENT coin is heading to auction. 👀
#1 of 100, featuring the first UNAT minted and the only uncommon sat in the collection.

How were the DMT-CENT private keys made?
All 100 keys were generated on an air-gapped computer running Tails, an operating system that runs entirely in memory and forgets everything when it shuts down. The keys were never saved to any disk.
The computer was wired straight to a monochrome laser printer, and each key was printed right away on a waterproof synthetic sheet.
Each key has 256 bits of randomness, which gives 128-bit security, the same as any Bitcoin key.
There are no backups. The key sealed on the back of each coin is the only copy that has ever existed. Once a coin leaves my hands, I can never take back what it holds.
You don’t need to take my word for what’s on each DMT-CENT coin. All of it can be checked on chain.
Pick any coin on dmtcent.com/verify and copy its address. Paste it into @ordinalswallet and you’ll see the DMT-CENT UNAT and its 3D art on the same rare sat, plus 1 DMT-CENT NAT and 100,000,000 DMT-NAT.

In 2011, Casascius hid a bitcoin key under a hologram.
In 2026, @DMT_CENT hides one under a seal. 100 coins, each holding 100M ethereum:0x249130f5e2dd4cf278180c0df8273f3592ad1247
All 100 still intact. Don't trust, verify.

#9 and #78 are two of my favourites in the collection. Their UNATs are inscribed on rare sats from the exact block their mint points to, the two oldest blocks with sats in circulation today.
The element pattern for DMT-CENT points exactly to Bitcoin blocks 1-100. To give the collection more meaning, two UNATs were inscribed on rare sats from the same block their mint points to.
DMT-CENT #9 was minted on a Block 9 450x sat, from the block with the oldest sats in circulation today.
DMT-CENT #78 was minted on a Block 78 sat, from the block with the second oldest sats in circulation today.

No more DMT-CENT can ever be minted.
Every Digital Matter Theory collection uses an element pattern to set its supply. Most DMT collections keep expanding as new blocks match their pattern, and there’s value in that. DMT-CENT’s element pattern only matches Bitcoin blocks 1 to 100, making it non-expansionary, and that’s its own kind of value.
Nobody can ever create more. Bitcoin will never produce another block with a height between 1 and 100, and the deploy inscription that parented the entire collection has been burned, so no new children can ever be added. The supply is capped by Bitcoin’s own block data, not by priv auth.
100 mints. 100 coins. Never more.

Every DMT-CENT mint is inscribed on a rare sat, chosen to give the collection more meaning.
The nine palindromic numbers, DMT-CENT #11, #22, #33, #44, #55, #66, #77, #88 and #99, sit on palindrome sats, whose own serial numbers read the same in both directions.
