We as #StudentAffairs practitioners must consider it a disservice to our Masters and Doctoral level students to not intentionally dive into the depth of racism related topics. #UNCGRacialJustice #PrezSymposium

Nothing against @UMichFootball but the refs / clock keepers got it wrong. @WMU_Football didn’t deserve to have their earned win snatched like that

How many times are they going to keep apologizing for the same thing? This is not a coincidence, this is their character. @Target your apology is performative at best. The best apology is changed behavior. You haven’t changed your behavior sooo… cnn.com/2026/08/24/business/…

To God be the FULL GLORY! 🙌🏾 One of my goals this year: read more, write more & shoot my shot at publication. After a few rejected shots… ONE LANDED! 🎯 My proposal for a Viewpoints manuscript in The Journal of College and University Student Housing was ACCEPTED! 📚🔬 Back to the lab! ✍🏾

📖 Published! I’m grateful to share that my latest reflective piece, “When Showing Up Shows Up for You: Lessons in Leadership, Care-Centered Leadership” has been published in the SEAHO Report, Summer 2026 edition. This one is personal. It started with an unexpected text that made me pause, reflect, give some flowers, and think more deeply about the ways we show up for one another in this profession. And thankful to SEAHO and the Editorial Board for the opportunity to share this reflection with our professional community. 📖 Read the Summer 2026 SEAHO Report: nxtbook.com/nxtbooks/seaho/2… #SEAHO #StudentAffairs #HigherEducation #Supervision #Leadership

ALL FIVE BOROUGHS

Welp… Checkmate… truth over youth. New York is back to being Basketball King. Crown the @nyknicks 👑 @SportsCenter @4thand1show @NightcapShow_ @NBA @nbafinalstrophy New York definitely not sleeping tonight… or anytime soon

Monday is already Mondaying HARD

You can feel the elevated energy thru the screen for the #OKC v #SAS games… it feels like this is energy and tension of a classic @NBA Finals… Only one can wonder if these would be the two teams in the Finals if all playoff eligible teams were randomly ranked and matched up regardless of assigned conference 👀👀 Maybe in another NBA multiverse.

The @nyknicks are playing their best and most cohesive basketball at the right time. They are one game away from breaking a 27 year franchise drought of the Knicks advancing to the Finals. I know fan greats like #SpikeLee and all of NY are ready for them to be finals bound. #BingBong
