Cuba’s assault on the United States was never, at root, a quarrel over economic policy or sovereignty or even ownership of a particular territory.
It was a revolution against Western civilization itself. state.gov/cuba-the-capital-o…

.@POTUS and @SecRubio will never allow American taxpayer dollars to fund terrorists or their enablers. It has been well documented that UNRWA has been extensively complicit in Hamas' terrorists acts, including the horrors of October 7th. On day one in office, President Trump fully defunded UNRWA. As the @BoardOfPeace builds a brighter future for its people, UNRWA will have NO role in the new Gaza and will never again receive a single U.S. dollar.

Saturday, Silicon Valley Congressman Ro Khanna sat down with left-wing podcaster Jennifer Welch — who previously cheered on those celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk — to discuss the future of “progressive” governance. In a now viral clip, Khanna claimed Elon Musk “possibly sentenced to death” 4.5 million children by dismantling USAID, and demanded he be subpoenaed once Democrats retake power.
The number traces back to a Lancet study published last summer projecting 14 million deaths by 2030 from USAID cuts.
But the study assumes a fake world: one where DOGE’s cuts stay frozen through 2030, where the State Department’s lifesaving waiver doesn’t exist (it does), where Congress never refunds AIDS relief (it did), where two decades of clinics and supply chains vanish the second a grant lapses. It also conveniently ignores some former USAID functions (like funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology).
Meanwhile, NYU statistician Aaron Brown notes the study credits USAID with preventing 11 million more deaths than the entire global mortality decline over two decades.
@planetmaxwell interrogates the claim that Elon and DOGE single-handedly killed millions of children, and explains why Silicon Valley’s congressman is now laundering this as settled fact (when it’s really just propaganda).

Here's what @DOGE found the USAID money was being spent on:
• $4.8 million to Ukraine’s public affairs office in Kyiv to fund social media influencers.
• $2.1 million to Paraguay to “enhance” their border security.
• Ukrainian women-led designers to fly to the Paris Fashion Show.
• $2 million on transgender surgeries, hormone therapy, and gender-affirming care in Guatemala.
• $3 million to promote “girl-centric climate action” in Brazil.
• $25,000 for a transgender opera in Colombia.
• $32,000 in Peru for a comic book featuring a “Trans hero” to tackle social and mental health issues.
• $20,000 for a DEI-promoting drag theater show in Ecuador.
• $20 million for a new Sesame Street show in Iraq.
• $6 million to boost “sustainable tourism” in Egypt—plus $50 million for Tunisia’s tourism.
• $87.9 million to help Afghans “farm”—which just happened to include poppy fields.
• $70,000 for a live musical event promoting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in Ireland.
• Over $54 million funneled to EcoHealth Alliance—the group linked to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and the likely origins of COVID.
• $15 million to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan for oral contraceptives and condoms.
Except that they didn’t and you know it. Those fake Soros-funded studies assumed USAID’s life-saving programs were totally defunded. That was a total and disgusting lie. As @SecRubio said, the foreign assistance review preserved life-saving work while cutting waste and realigning development and governance programs to America First interests.
Since then, the @StateDept has totally rebuilt our lifesaving aid portfolio, investing billions into more efficient and accountable aid that saves lives without the terrorist diversion and NGO theft Biden allowed:
- Launched the America First Global Health Strategy, bypassing the NGO industrial complex to sign 32 bilateral health compacts with largely African countries, representing more than $20 billion in U.S. and partner co-investment (largest ever mobilization of African domestic resources for health)
- Our work with UNOCHA has, by the UN’s own figures (not an org that loved us), supported lifesaving aid for nearly 40 million de-duplicated real people this year alone ($3.8 billion) and made humanitarian aid more than twice as efficient at saving lives per dollar
- We provided 3 million people with the two-dose regimen for U.S. company Gilead Sciences’ twice yearly HIV prevention drug Lenacapavir
- We provided 60 million people with protection from malaria via SC Johnson’s innovative Guardian spatial repellant product
- We recently provided $1 billion to support the World Food Programme and UNICEF’s lifesaving work, with new accountability reforms
- Provided $370 million and counting to combatting Ebola in the Congo (largest county by far, see recent G7 statement)
- Mounted a widely lauded response to category 5 Hurricane Melissa in the Caribbean last year
- Pledged $4.6 billion to the global fund to fight HIV, partnering with them to lower PEPFAR’s supply chain overhead by 3x and drive country self reliance
… and so much more all publicly available …
Why post old fake studies and not have a real conversation? Because it doesn’t serve your redistributive aims?

When USADF blocked DOGE from accessing their building last year, Democrats applauded.
Now we know it is because USADF was hiding bribes, kickbacks, and fraud.
I have filed the Terminate Unaccountable Spending, Abuse, Deception, and Fraud (USADF) Act to defund these crooks.
Remember @lukerosiak's expose on the African Development Foundation after its CFO blocked DOGE from entering its building?
Well, that CFO is now set to plead guilty to taking bribes.

As a former Special Forces Warrant Officer with multiple rotations running counterinsurgency ops—both hunting insurgents and trying to separate them from sympathetic populations—I’ve seen organized resistance up close. From Anbar to Helmand, the pattern is familiar: spotters, cutouts, dead drops (or modern equivalents), disciplined comms, role specialization, and a willingness to absorb casualties while bleeding the stronger force slowly.
What’s unfolding in Minneapolis right now isn’t “protest.” It’s low-level insurgency infrastructure, built by people who’ve clearly studied the playbook.
Signal groups at 1,000-member cap per zone. Dedicated roles: mobile chasers, plate checkers logging vehicle data into shared databases, 24/7 dispatch nodes vectoring assets, SALUTE-style reporting (Size, Activity, Location, Unit, Time, Equipment) on suspected federal vehicles. Daily chat rotations and timed deletions to frustrate forensic recovery. Vetting processes for new joiners. Mutual aid from sympathetic locals (teachers providing cover, possible PD tip-offs on license plate lookups). Home-base coordination points. Rapid escalation from observation to physical obstruction—or worse.
This isn’t spontaneous outrage. This is C2 (command and control) with redundancy, OPSEC hygiene, and task organization that would make a SF team sergeant nod in recognition. Replace “ICE agents” with “occupying coalition forces” and the structure maps almost 1:1 to early-stage urban cells we hunted in the mid-2000s.
The most sobering part? It’s domestic. Funded, trained (somewhere), and directed by people who live in the same country they’re trying to paralyze law enforcement in. When your own citizens build and operate this level of parallel intelligence and rapid-response network against federal officers—complete with doxxing, vehicle pursuits, and harassment that’s already turned lethal—you’re no longer dealing with civil disobedience. You’re facing a distributed resistance that’s learned the lessons of successful insurgencies: stay below the kinetic threshold most of the time, force over-reaction when possible, maintain popular support through narrative, and never present a single center of gravity.
I spent years training partner forces to dismantle exactly this kind of apparatus. Now pieces of it are standing up in American cities, enabled by elements of local government and civil society. That should keep every thinking American awake at night.
Not because I want escalation. But because history shows these things don’t de-escalate on their own once the infrastructure exists and the cadre believe they’re winning the information war.
We either recognize what we’re actually looking at—or we pretend it’s still just “activism” until the structures harden and spread.
Your call, America. But from where I sit, this isn’t January 2026 politics anymore.
It’s phase one of something we’ve spent decades trying to keep off our own soil.
The invasion of our country @StephenM is describing was highly choreographed by the Biden Admin and USG funded NGOs:
1. In transit countries like Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, State Dept. and USAID funded NGOs operated supply networks to provide “aid” to migrants en route to the U.S.
2. Near the border, NGOs would greet illegals and give them supplies and information on how to claim bogus asylum and gain withholding of deportation
3. The NGOs would take the illegals to a port of entry, where they’d claim asylum per the instruction manual and be released by Biden DHS into the interior
4. Still others were let in per Biden’s historic “parole” of millions of un-vetted Haitians and Venezuelans into the U.S.
5. On the other side, the illegals were met by still more NGO workers who would give them cash, a prepaid cell phone, and a free plane ticket to any U.S. city of their choosing
6. Biden changed travel rules to let illegals travel domestically with their immigration papers and even set up special TSA lanes for them at border airports
7. Once in U.S. cities, still more taxpayer (fed and state) funded NGOs would give these migrants housing, cash and food. In sanctuary cities like NYC, they were put up in 5 star hotels at massive taxpayer expense
8. Through both rule changes and widely tolerated fraud, these migrants also received billions in federal benefits like Medicaid and SNAP
9. During this whole period, these migrants would receive aggressive legal representation from NGOs, taxpayer funded immigration lawyers, and fancy law firms doing “pro bono” work. These lawyers openly advocated for fraudulent asylees and opposed any attempt at enforcement of immigration law
They made YOU pay for all of this — with your tax dollars that funded this system, with increased housing and healthcare prices, and with your life when they looked the other way at migrant crime.

Fake asylum claims for illegals is a multibillion industry funded by taxpayers (via NGOs). Virtually 100% of illegals arrested in the interior will file fake asylum claims. This in turn creates permanent employment and income for the left’s most extreme and radicalized attorneys.
