| Richard knows that his obsession for science screwed him up and let someone like Osborn threaten his family. To let them live in peace, he has to abandon his son and brother to fake his death. I am sad.

Richard will not forget about this act of kindness. If the young man can give him directions to get to his aunt’s shelter then, he’ll be on his way.
