Wonโ€™t matter, it will all be dismissed. This team can do no good, doesnโ€™t matter what they really do. Pundits gonna pundit.

Are 'puddings' different? I could ask grok but hell with it. This side of the pond, its a dessert. Like chocolate or butterscotch or something. Or is Yorkshire the distinction?

1. You have a potty mouth 2. Speech and press: Majority preferences have produced blasphemy laws, sedition acts, censorship of unpopular political or scientific views, and โ€œhate speechโ€ regimes that criminalize expression a temporary majority finds offensive. The right exists so the majority cannot simply vote the minority silent.

The common strawman. Protecting rights against majorities does not mean rejecting society, trade, families, neighborhoods, or voluntary cooperation. It means rejecting the idea that every social interaction or resource allocation must be subjected to collective political decision-making. Markets, civil society, contracts, and associations are social mechanisms; they simply do not require a majority vote for every transaction or preference.

Itโ€™s an analogy, not a nursery rhyme. The point is the difference between unrestricted majority rule and a system that protects individual rights even when the majority disagrees. If you have a substantive objection to that distinction, make it.

A democracy is two wolves and sheep deciding what's for dinner. A republic is a well armed sheep contesting the decision. But whatever gives you peace bro.

- Who don't know how many amendments are in the constitution - Who don't know the difference between a democracy and a representative republic - Who don't know the enumerated powers of the federal government (Article 1 Section 8 by the way) - Who simply want to win so their elected leaders can punish their supposed 'enemies'

Itโ€™s irrelevant anymore, it really is. They all play for the same team.
