✅ FACT CHECKED — Polish President Karol Nawrocki was caught on camera stopping a far-left, pro-EU coup d’état. The coup was attempted shortly after he left Poland for a state visit to Senegal. The president turned his flight mid-air after learning a contested judge suspended Constitutional Tribunal president Bogdan Święczkowski. Nawrocki entered with the Supreme Court head amid police, protesters, and scuffles at the doors. Inside, he told the contested judges they were not legitimate Tribunal members, effectively dismissing them. The clash is part of a long-running fight to control of Poland’s highest court. • Turning the plane around: True. President Karol Nawrocki (PiS-backed, elected 2025) aborted his Senegal trip mid-flight on October 30 after Anna Korwin-Piotrowska (a judge elected by the current parliamentary majority but never sworn in by him) suspended Tribunal President Bogdan Święczkowski. He stated the president must be in Poland. • Overnight entry with the Supreme Court head amid police/protesters/scuffles: True. He arrived after midnight with Supreme Court First President Zbigniew Kapiński and entered the building. Videos show pushing and physical contact at the doors; each side accuses the other of initiating force. Police were present due to protests and earlier incidents. • Telling the judges they are not legitimate: True. Inside, he told Korwin-Piotrowska and other contested judges words to the effect of “You are not judges of the Constitutional Tribunal.” Videos of this exist. facebook.com/reel/2175314093…

✅ FACT CHECKED — Jane-Michelle Arc, a 48-year-old transgender software engineer from San Francisco, left the United States after President Trump’s reelection, citing safety fears, and sought asylum in the Netherlands. Dutch officials denied the claim, deeming the U.S. a safe country. Housed at the Ter Apel refugee camp, Arc later called conditions “dire” and reported anti-trans hostility from other seekers, saying he felt unsafe walking nearby and feared harm. He labeled leaving America “the dumbest thing I’ve ever done.” Arc has returned to California.

✅ FACT CHECKED — On Tuesday, President Trump greeted the first tanker of Venezuelan crude at Corpus Christi under an August deal with producer NABEP. Roughly one million barrels arrived after U.S. forces removed Nicolás Maduro in January. Trump called the cargo a no-cost gift to American taxpayers and the start of access to fields holding some 65 billion barrels. Secretary Rubio joined him at the port. The oil will be refined in Texas. The White House framed the equity stake and offtake rights as securing energy supplies at no taxpayer expense.

✅ FACT CHECKED — A Cuban diplomat was ordered out of the United States after a confrontation at the United Nations on Tuesday. During a General Assembly debate on the U.S. embargo, Ambassador Mike Waltz clashed verbally with Cuban officials. First Secretary Richard Tur de la Concepción then pushed toward a U.S. aide filming the scene and tried to grab his phone. Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed the expulsion that night. Waltz said the diplomat would fly to Havana within 24 hours, declaring that laying a hand on an American would not be tolerated. The State Department later confirmed he had left.

🚨Neighbor Charged With Capital Murder After Shooting Woman on Her Porch in Dothan A 39-year-old woman was fatally shot while sitting on her back porch, and her neighbor has been charged with capital murder. Dothan police identified the victim as Brittney Henderson. According to the preliminary investigation, she was on her porch when 22-year-old neighbor Vincent Phillips approached her. After a brief interaction, Phillips fired one round that killed her, then left the scene. Police said Phillips only knew Henderson as a neighbor. The shooting occurred in the East Spring Avenue neighborhood on a Tuesday afternoon. A shelter-in-place warning was briefly issued before officers arrested Phillips about two miles away without incident. He faces one count of capital murder, which can carry the death penalty. Investigators said the probe remains ongoing as they work to determine a motive. “We do not promote hate — we expose it.” rumble.com/c/THETRIPLEDSHOW

✅ FACT CHECKED — Paris hosts one of Europe’s largest Black communities, drawn mainly from Sub-Saharan Africa and the French Caribbean. Because France does not collect racial statistics, precise counts are unavailable; estimates place millions of residents of African or Caribbean origin across the wider metropolitan area. Neighborhoods such as Château Rouge in the 18th arrondissement, known as Little Africa, concentrate West African shops, markets, and culture, while many families also live in the northern and eastern suburbs.
