Yesterday I had to say goodbye to this little munchkin. She was my best friend, my shadow and my companion. I'm so heart broken and it's so painful. But she is now in peace. Sleep well my little Rio bee. Love you so much.

Concensus is we are not "proper nurses" we have had to work harder, to overcome Prejudice, opinions and to prove to ourselves we are great nurses. For someone who is so passionate about the well being of nurses and their worth. I don't think it's fair you should discount
And dismiss apprenticeship nurse's. As when the older nurses retire and the young inexperienced nurses look for someone to help, advise and support. We are there! As a team. #nurses #nurse #vote #RCNStrike #rcn #patcullen
