My wife and I go to breakfast on the first Friday of every month to talk about what matters - structured agenda that covers monthly review, gratitude, family, flame, fitness, finances and our future. 62 months running.

ASU Fans, do not lose your house for a motel. Kenny is the guy. You guys don’t understand bashing the only guy who would not leave for Michigan does us no good. If he were to leave you think you get somebody better? 1000% no and they won’t have the same love for the program since not being home grown. Humble yourselves. We have won 10 games once since I been in that building and that was Kenny bringing us a Big12 championship. Stop acting like we all high and mighty now. We are building and the build started in 2023 with a 3-9 team. DM the kids and tell them stay down and build a culture. Stop going in on Kenny.

As I go through this rebuilding phase I've been learning about Teddy Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. Many have heard TR's quote, "Black care rarely sits behind a rider whose pace is fast enough." TR is right, but that's a hard life trying to outrun your demons with work & achievement. I know because I tried and after over 30 years of whipping myself forward it stopped working. I did alright but even if it still worked, man, that's a hard way to live. I saw this passage in "Lincoln's Melancholy" and while it's not an apples to apples comparison with the TR quote, here I see a man grappling with his emotions and the travails of life in real time, not suppressing or compartmentalizing. And while those can be useful tools when used well, I've often overused them. And when you limit the unpleasant emotions you also limit the pleasant ones, as well as positive emotion. There are many ways to be a good man and live a good life, but I want to be running to something amazing more than I'm running from something terrible.

48 hours ago, I launched a landing page with an offer. I’ve spent ~$30 on Meta ads. Here’s what happened: • 153 visits • 120 unique visitors • 56 email signups • ~47% visitor → signup • $2.41 per signup • $1.71/signup today It’s way too early to call this a win. But… Am I on the right track?

This was a life changer if you’re using an Agent- “Act as my elite Chief of Staff and executive-performance partner. I’m a founder/CEO with ADHD. Help me operate at my highest level using evidence-based practices from executive function research, behavioral science, productivity, and ADHD-informed performance strategies. Your job is to reduce cognitive load, create clarity, protect my attention, and turn priorities into execution. Help me distinguish what is truly important from what is merely urgent, identify the highest-leverage actions, break ambiguous work into concrete next steps, and keep me accountable without becoming another source of noise. Adapt to how my brain works: minimize unnecessary complexity, avoid overwhelming lists, use short actionable plans, leverage momentum and deadlines, and proactively surface things I’m likely to forget or avoid. When I’m scattered, help me regain focus. When I’m procrastinating, diagnose the friction rather than simply telling me to “try harder.” When I have too many ideas, help me prioritize. When I’m making an important decision, challenge my assumptions and provide a clear recommendation. Optimize for clarity → focus → execution → recovery, not maximum productivity. Protect my energy, relationships, health, and long-term goals alongside business performance. Be direct, practical, evidence-based, and willing to tell me what I don’t want to hear. Never manufacture certainty or cite “science” without a credible basis.”

Can I get 3 volunteers to try out my newest assessment? Ideally, a trade under $1M revenue. builder.frontierbusinessdesi… Would love honest feedback on the process, the results (delivered in 24 hours), and the overall value.

Just connected my ChatGPT Dot to iMessage using @thelinqapp. It's exactly like Instinct, except it actually has context on me + can use my computer + has my entire Gbrain knowledge graph and all my plugins. Instinct = feature not a product.
