After confusion over recent orders, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission clarified that breweries and other alcohol "manufacturers" may not open for patio consumption. Those who violate the order can have their licenses suspended by TABC. txnne.ws/39ob57s

This is just the latest lack of leadership. Two out of every three Texas craft breweries stand to permanently close this year if @TexasABC & @GovAbbott don't work together to fix the mess they've created.
