America is one nation under God. We must keep it that way.

Makenze and I are heartbroken for the family of Trooper Hayden Phillips, who made the ultimate sacrifice today in service to this Commonwealth. Trooper Phillips was the best of us, and he will be celebrated and honored as a hero. Like all of Kentucky, we will pray for this good man and his loved ones.

Today, we honor the memory of those who lost their lives on 9/11. In the midst of great pain and heartache, we witnessed the resiliency and bravery of countless Americans. May we never forget the courage and unity forged out of that fateful day. God bless America.

Happy Birthday to this gem. Makenze is a true gift, and it’s a blessing to spend another trip around the sun with her. The boys and I are thankful we get to celebrate this amazing mother and bride!

You couldn’t be in La Grange without seeing John Black. From La Grange Coffee Roasters, to Red Pepper, to The Coffee House, and the Farmer’s Market, the mayor was everywhere. He loved Oldham County. His leadership and commitment to the people of this community will endure. Makenze and I are keeping his family and loved ones in our prayers during this difficult time.

In 1776 our founders set forth with an experiment. It is an experiment that has endured for 250 years. It is has endured two world wars, conflicts and crises abroad, and strife at home. Every day this experiment, this republic, gives evidence to the enduring idea that when the bonds of tyranny are broken, a free people can make wise and considered decisions that are to the benefit of all people. Today, we celebrate the founders and their vision. We give thanks to the Lord, His grace and His providence. And we look with great anticipation to the future for our kids and for this Nation’s posterity. Happy Independence Day, and may the Lord continue to bless this great country.

We mourn the loss of Officer Elliott, who served metro-Louisville with distinction. May the Lord give comfort to his family, friends, and the LMPD community.

Today we celebrate, memorialize, and give thanks for the brave men and women who have sacrificed all in defense of our freedoms. God bless our fallen soldiers and their families on this Memorial Day.

Makenze and I want to thank all of those who worked tirelessly to support our campaign. Although it did not end the way we wanted, we’ve been blessed throughout the journey. We will never forget the kindness of people all across this Commonwealth who gave of time, talent, and treasure to aid in our effort. And, again, I congratulate my good friend, Andy Barr, on becoming the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate. He carries the torch for the party into the fall, and I look forward to casting my vote for him in November. He is a good man, with a good heart, and I know he will represent us well in the U.S. Senate. May God bless him, his family, and his team in the campaign to come. As for the Camerons, we look forward to more days filled with laughter, more nights at home together, and time enjoying life’s special moments. We will rest in the Lord. He has good plans.

This morning, with our boys in tow, Makenze and I cast our ballots. We’re grateful to every Kentuckian showing up to the polls and making their voices heard. Polls close at 6 PM local time. Don’t sit this one out. Go vote!

For the last several weeks, this group has gathered daily to pray for our campaign, our family, and everyone on our team. Makenze and I are deeply grateful for the prayers and encouragement we’ve received from Kentuckians across the Commonwealth. We’ve felt your support every step of the way.

What a finish to our campaign tonight in Hardin County. The energy, support, and enthusiasm we’ve seen across the Commonwealth has been nothing short of incredible. Tomorrow is game day, my friends. We need every member of Team Cameron to show up strong and make their voice heard. Bring your friends, bring your family, and let’s win this thing.

I’ve talked a lot on the trail about growing up around my parents’ coffee shop and making lattes at too young of an age. Fun getting to shake the rust off today at Cedar Grove Coffee House.

Incredible energy in Bullitt County. Kentuckians here know what’s at stake at the ballot box tomorrow. We owe it to the next generation to leave behind a more prosperous nation. That’s the responsibility I’m prepared to carry in the U.S. Senate.
