Sometimes, when Ultimate struggles because something broke, I let it and don't interfere, and given the tools that it has, it always manages to do exactly the thing I want. The Observer forwards the breakage from one Ultimate instance to the one building Ultimate to fix it.

Maybe I am going too far now. But having an Ultimate Observer, building the perfect management tool for all my other Ultimate instances I run. Also @omarchy is great btw

Ultimate casually self improving: Just building live voice mode, so got screenshots for that. It looked at the screenshot, saw the button/formatting in onboarding was obviously broken and started a coordinator to fix itself without me doing anything.

Cache Warmer - that forks long ongoing Ultimate conversations with a small ping in the sidechat so it keeps the cache warm if I just sporadically work throughout the day ^^

Running a satellite Ultimate, from my main, that runs on my mac so it builds and improves itself in the Duo simulator :>

Side Chat is pretty helpful for asking questions about what burned tokens today, while Ultimate in the background continues landing features

Current Ultimate experiment: Dreaming I think memories for agents are important because they capture things you don’t usually say out loud. Your flavor and taste, and how you like to work. Those things are hard to capture in code.

Is the future that you fully build an agent around your app? Maybe

btw @get_bb_app was a huge inspiration for a lot of ideas in Ultimate. I still use bb today for many things and will keep it as a safe fallback.

@pidotdev-durable is so much fun. The primitives and architecture are so robust and simple to use, extend, and combine. Built a self-extensible agent harness that can hotswap & hotreload even the server runtime while continuing to build itself. The core of this is about ~3,000 LOC and about 35k in extensions 😅 Almost everything is an extension, following the philosphy of Pi, every part of the UI is. This has been my toy project for the last 2 weeks, lets see how long it lasts ^^ I started building Ultimate itself at about ~20 commits in, from that point on it evolved while I was using it. It has self debugging tools built in and conversation branching etc. in a very unique way. There are so many ideas in there I wanted to always experiment with how it feels, and now I feel like the combo pi-durable and better models, it's possible. I haven't used it yet for building anything else but the idea behind is that you use it directly in any project you build and the harness eveolves side by side with the project. Some might ask why? I ask why not? 😅 Here is the repo, just in case anyone wants to get some inspiration: github.com/HazAT/ultimate This is just beautiful slop, nothing serious

Question cards are ready to try! "Ah btw I prepared a fully functioning version of myself with the new implementation for you to try"

Pi durable makes building stuff like this sooo easy - still sloppy but you get the idea
