I'm totally happy with my X1 in the current state of support and no need for an X2 upgrade. At the beginning it was a little bit rough with app support but now, apps I use just work. I have also several x64 intel/amd notebooks and desktops, which in comparison have lots of issues
Like most conversations and decisions which were made at the coffee machine, implicit contextual knowledge which get lost all the time
