On this day in 1968, Soviet tanks invaded Prague - the Soviets could not forgive the people of #Czechoslovakia for wanting to build "socialism with a human face" rather than the Kremlin's Gulag
Speaking of the #Soviet invasion of #Prague in 1968, we should be mentioned how it happened:
A Soviet transport plane requested an emergency landing at Prague airport, #Czechs allowed the landing - and Soviet paratroopers poured out of the plane and captured the airport.
The paratroopers wore blue caps for the first time, so that the Czechs would mistake them for "UN blue helmets". The characteristic feature of any Soviet invasion is meanness and deceit.
Stalinists and Putin's Soviets deny these images and try to remove them from everywhere. Let's make them known.
