NYC has had a smoking ban in outdoor public spaces for years. Not sure I see what the fuss is about.
I know foreign hospitality workers, brought to UK on work visas, expected to do crazy, illegal shift lengths without suitable breaks, generally treated like shit, with zero recourse as they fear they will lose their visas. We need a scheme like this.
