Imagine when pDAI “influencers” are finally getting their comeuppance - and end up in court: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, This case is about a token that was never a stablecoin, a set of claims that were never true, and a group of people who spent years telling others lies - to enrich themselves at the expense of very naive would-be investors. When PulseChain launched, it duplicated the state of Ethereum. Every address that held DAI received a corresponding balance of a new token on the new chain. That token has the same contract address format as DAI. It has none of the systems that keep DAI near one dollar. There is no overcollateralized vault system actively managing it. There is no redemption window where one pDAI can be turned in for one dollar or one real DAI. There is no functioning peg-stability module backed by external reserves. Its price is whatever buyers and sellers on PulseChain agree to pay - and for years, that had been a fraction of a penny! What the evidence will show is that a large number of accounts—dozens of them, posting regularly over multiple years—described something else. They called pDAI a stablecoin. They said it was “inevitable” that it would reach and hold one dollar. They pointed to forked contracts, vault deposits, oracle readings, and specific wallet transactions and told their followers these were the mechanisms that would force the peg. They spoke of multi-billion-dollar collateral capacity and defense systems that would protect the price. They framed the outcome as programmed, as already in motion, as something a person could rely on. These were not occasional comments. The same accounts returned to the claim again and again, often with new on-chain activity presented as fresh confirmation that the peg was close. When the price remained far below one dollar, the explanations adjusted but the certainty did not. New vaults, new interpretations, new timelines appeared. The core message stayed the same: this token will be worth a dollar, and the system will make it so. The evidence will also show what those statements produced. People bought and held on the basis of them. Later buyers provided the liquidity that allowed earlier or larger holders to sell. The real-dollar liquidity available in the ecosystem remained a small fraction of the stated valuations. The mechanisms that were described never operated as a working peg. Independent descriptions of the token—including some that appeared inside the same community—stated plainly that pDAI floats freely and has no Maker-style collateral system. A disclaimer that says “not financial advice,” or a phrase that says the outcome “requires belief,” does not change the content of what was said or the context in which it was said. When a person repeatedly tells an audience that a specific token has a path to a dollar value through described mechanisms, and those mechanisms do not exist in working form, the label attached to the statement does not erase the statement. You will see the posts. You will see the dates. You will see the price over the same period. You will see that the claims continued after the absence of any functioning peg system was observable to anyone who looked at the token’s actual design. The question for you is whether that pattern reflects an honest description of how this token works, or whether it reflects something else. The evidence will let you decide. #pDAI @DOJFraudDiv @INTERPOL_USA @INTERPOL_HQ

BREAKING: Claude Code found 14,219 photos of my face on my Android that I never took. Phone was secretly taking them almost every time I picked it up. Even when I was just lying in bed. Even at home. Not screenshots. Real frames from the front camera. On the train. In the car. At home. When I just grabbed it to check the time. They were just sitting in a system cache. Timestamps and GPS on them. Nothing in Gallery. Nothing in Recently Deleted. Plugged the phone into my laptop, made a full backup, told Claude Code to look for any front-camera files that weren’t in my photos. It pulled /data/system/users/0/faceunlock/cache and another folder inside Google Play Services. Over 14 thousand files. Normal ones and infrared from Face Unlock. Every single one had time and location. Started scrolling. Almost everything from the last 15 months. Then I saw a file created 2 seconds ago. I was still looking at the folder. Phone kept taking photos while I was reading this. Google and the phone makers say Face Unlock turns everything into a mathematical model and deletes the image right away. On this phone the raw frames were just sitting there. Some of the processes writing to that folder were from system diagnostics. Couple of old apps that still had camera permission could also get in. Turned off diagnostics, revoked camera access from everything that doesn’t need it, cleared the cache. But how many of these frames already went somewhere else, I don’t know. If you want to check yours, plug it in, make a full backup or use ADB, and ask Claude to look for front-camera files outside your Gallery. Path above is where mine were.

In Pakistan, a Muslim man married his own daughter and got her pregnant. He proudly states: “Rather than have my daughter leave the family and live a miserable life somewhere else, I decided to marry her. She is two months pregnant.” Disgusting culture.

I agree with you 100% @BrandonBBMe I did the same earlier this year. I'm completely out of this shitchain. I parked whatever money I managed to salvage in BTC and HYPE, and I sleep much better now. I think you are right. Hextards are still waiting for a miracle, blindly following their friend Scammi. But when the fat pig gets convicted, I expect a tsunami-level dump. Bridge gets deactivated, and all hell will break loose. I'm down multiple six figures myself. It feels terrible, but I've accepted the losses and moved on. I'll make it back by investing in quality crypto projects instead of chasing miracles in a dying ecosystem. #HEX #Pulsechain #RichardHeart #Denizkaya

Richard Heart: The Man Behind the Black Curtain Do you know what really pisses me off, apart from the fact that I was foolish enough to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in Richard Heart's projects? Do you remember his last Christmas greeting, recorded in front of a black curtain, when he said, “We are all down now,” referring to the broader crypto market and depressed prices? Well, that statement takes on an entirely different meaning today. Following the reported Turkish police raid, footage emerged showing what appears to be the same black curtain in the room where Richard Heart was arrested under deeply embarrassing circumstances, caught with his pants down, literally. And what else did the police reportedly discover? Millions in cash, millions in luxury watches, millions in jewelry, millions in 9 luxury cars, and other valuables. Think about the staggering contrast. While Richard Heart told his followers we were all down together, countless investors suffered devastating financial losses. Some reported losing their homes, being unable to afford medical treatments, watching their marriages collapse, and struggling with serious mental health consequences after years of relentless price declines in HEX and PulseChain. Meanwhile, he was apparently surrounded by extraordinary wealth. There are psychological concepts that help explain this kind of behavior: performative victimhood, impression management, and moral hypocrisy. These concepts describe how someone can present themselves as a fellow victim, creating an illusion of shared suffering while concealing the enormous disparity between their own circumstances and those of people who have genuinely suffered. That is not solidarity. That is manufactured victimhood, a performance of shared suffering that generates sympathy while deflecting attention from accountability. I remember watching that Christmas greeting and thinking: What a piece of shit. After raising enormous sums of money from his followers, he dared to speak as though we were all suffering together, as though we were all in the same boat. But we didn't know back then what sat behind that black curtain. And the symbolism is almost too perfect. It takes an extraordinary degree of hypocrisy and what I can only describe as sociopathic disregard for others to address a financially devastated community, people who trusted him with their life savings, for years worked tirelessly and without compensation to promote his ecosystem, and convinced their families and friends to invest, only to watch them get financially wrecked, and then have the audacity to present himself as just another victim of the market, as though they were all suffering together. The curtain concealed more than a room. Symbolically, it concealed the enormous distance between the man preaching shared suffering and the people who had actually paid the price. Just go back and watch that Christmas greeting. Listen to him say those words again, knowing what has since been reported about the raid. Then ask yourself: Was that genuine solidarity, or was he laughing in our faces all along? We were never in the same boat. We were watching our life savings disappear while he was living in extraordinary luxury. And perhaps the greatest insult wasn't simply the money we lost. It was being invited to believe that the man at the center of it all was suffering right alongside us. That wasn't shared suffering. That was the appearance of solidarity from a position of extraordinary privilege. And this brings us back to my October 26 post, “Richard Heart and the Wizard of Oz: The Man Behind the Curtain,” in which I explored the psychology of manufactured authority and the illusion of power through the classic story The Wizard of Oz. The parallel is now almost surreal. In the story, the supposedly all-powerful Wizard turns out to be an ordinary, frightened man hiding behind an elaborate theatrical illusion. His authority depends not on genuine greatness, but on spectacle, manipulation, deception, and the willingness of others to believe. Richard Heart's carefully constructed public image now faces a remarkably similar reckoning. In both stories, the illusion depended on one thing: nobody looking behind the curtain. And now, with the curtain pulled back, that Christmas greeting looks very different indeed. #HEX #Pulsechain #RichardHeart #DenizKaya

For a long time on my previous profile and this one for over a year, I've been using this image as my pfp, along with other versions in similar poses and varying degrees of extra chromosomes, but... what a funny and fitting image it was to see after his gooning arrest image came out. I was also the first to break the gooning arrest photo. Ask Grok if you doubt it. The amount of universal alignment is uncanny. I called the meme before it was a meme, and then I broke the meme and created the narrative (an easy one for any person to conclude) HILARIOUS - KARMA is being payed to me and many others, and I am happy. THE WHOLE TIME I WAS RIPPING ON HIM 100% ACCURACY THE PROPHECY IS FULFILLED RH = SCAM

I have completely sold everything PulseChain, and bridged out. Realized a multi 6 fig loss in that scam. Have a few Hex stakes not pass half way so not worth eesing, but other than that im 100% out of that dead abandoned reload scam. Bridge out while you still can, Rugchud the cowardly con man is going to give up all his ill gotten gains to lighten his sentence. When that happens, mega crash with no one able to bridge out. That'll be the final betrayal and nail in the coffin. What a waste of time and effort. May Richard Heart rot in a Turkish gulag for a very long time, scamming cunt.
