Dysplasia in the small bowel with prominent Paneth cell component. #GIpath Not sure the significance in the small bowel, but in the colon, occurs more in ♂️ and associated with other synchronous lesions. Paper by @ReetPaiMD1 et al. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/2323…
