No Claude, the project will not take me 2-3 months. We will finish it today.

You think building a SaaS is hard. Wait till you start selling it.

Go really long as a founder. Work harder than most would ever consider reasonable. Out execute everyone and win.

Founders: don't waste your time trying to convince a VC that is skeptical about your market. I think it's extremely unlikely to convince any allocator (VC, LP etc) to invest in a market they hadn't already decided to allocate to. Optimize for those investors that "get it"

First time founders First 6 months of your startup are not about - Registering the company - Opening bank account - Applying for GST - Applying for trademark It's about - Meeting customers - Solving their problems - Doing things that don't scale - Understanding market feedback

when did we all decide that "agents" are just zapier workflows that occasionally make an LLM call? seems shortsighted.

Everything with startups is easier when you’re generating revenue so focus on sales and marketing rather than building new features.

FYI. Voice memos drive me crazy. They shift all the work from sender to receiver. You hit record and ramble for 3 minutes while I’m stuck listening with no way to skim. You’re trading YOUR efficiency for MY time, and if you keep choosing your convenience over mine, don’t be surprised when I stop opening your messages altogether.

In 2023 I raised $1.5 milly for my startup. Founders, let me save you years of pain Got into an accelerator? Raised some capital? Whopty do. But none of that matters if you can’t sell. The real question isn’t: “Can I build this?” With enough time and money, anyone can build.

Betting on TikTok? → Grow the audience now. •Betting on partnerships? → Lock them in first. •Betting on ads? → Run them on a landing page today. Customers don’t magically appear the day you launch. Distribution is the product.

If you can prove demand, raising money and building the product becomes the easy part.

Advice to first-time founders: - marketing from day 0 - mvp = single killer feature (no more) - bake distribution in-app - subs >> one-time payments - launch in month 1.. ambitious but doable - re-launch weekly - scale: from $1 to $100, $1k, $10k mrr - seo, seo, seo (+track geo/leo) - ads/ugc, hire Goal 1: make first sales + double down, compound. Goal 2: optimize retention, push acquisition. Goal 3: keep moving fast. You got this🔥

Most founders don’t have a product problem. They have a distribution problem.

If you’re a founder, avoid these like the plague, they almost never perform “Advisors” who want equity for advice Agencies that promise growth and bill 20K for no performances Fractional execs (CFO, CPO, CMO…) you need Doers PR firms charging fat retainers
