Besides networking, our partners learned more about customer centricity and how they can involve customer centricity in their daily practices. Sarah Gelper also introduced the phenomenon of Customer Lifetime Value and how it impacts companies.

Rolf just finished his master thesis research on collaboration between supplier and customer. The results are reduced costs and reduced risk of stock-outs, benefitting both parties!

Lisa is presenting her research on multi-echelon supply chain optimization. "Typically, each seperate stockpoint in the supply chain optimizes solely their inventory levels. I am applying theory to optimize the supply chain as a whole!"

After an interesting keynote of Virginie Lurkin, some of our best students present their ongoing research. The expertise and feedback of the partners will be of great value for the remainder of their projects!
