Most people lose money on NFTs for one reason: They mint late, with no WL or no proper research. This is the full playbook. How to find mints early, get whitelist, follow the right people, join the right rooms, and skip rugs. Save this First truth: WL is not a form you fill when the project is already trending. By then the list is full, the flippers are in and you’re paying mint + gas for leftovers. WL is a social game that starts before the mint page exists. How you actually get whitelist 1. Find projects early Watch new accounts, new Discords, new art drops, and new contract deploys before CT starts quoting them. 2. Post about them first Not “gm project name.” Write what the art is, who the team is, why the supply/price makes sense, who the partners are. Teams notice the people who explain them before they need marketing. 3. DM like a person, not a beggar “gm wl pls” dies in the inbox. Send something useful: a thread, a collab idea, a holder insight, a bug you found, a community intro. Then ask. 4. Get in rooms and stay visible Join Web3 and NFT communities. Comment. Help new people. Show up on spaces. Lurkers don’t get allocated. 5. Enter WL contests Raids, quote-to-enter, meme contests, art contests, holder raffles. Easy volume if you actually participate. 6. Hold partner collections and previous drops A lot of WL is snapshot-based. If you already hold the last collection or a partner collection, you’re in the room before the form opens. 7. Build real rapport with CMs Not parasocial. Not “I cooked for you” as a joke with no relationship. Be useful to the people who run the list. WL goes to people the team already trusts. The daily stack: tools Use these every day. Don’t open X first. Open trackers first. Free mint tracker / sales alerts t.me/MintGoAlerts_BOT Free mint discovery mintgo.fun/ Free mint / allowlist bot github.com/Angelokhare/robin… Project radar alphatrack.xyz/dashboard/hig… leak.me/ app.moni.ai/ Tracking bot @SilentAlphaBot Low-gas lanes people are using right now: Robinhood, Arc, ETH, Ink. Romeo flagged ~$5 gas on those. If you have budget and you’re minting often, @_mintdash is the paid upgrade so you’re not living on free alerts alone. Same sales tracker listed twice in the original post on purpose: alerts matter more than a pretty dashboard. Turn notifications on. How to use the tools without drowning: - Scan MintGo + AlphaTrack for new free mints and trending collections - Check leak.me / moni for accounts that just started getting followed by NFT hubs - Skim Telegram alerts you missed overnight - Pick 2–3 projects max - Read the team, supply, mint price, roadmap, partners - Decide: Farm WL, ignore, or wait for secondary - Recheck sales on the ones you minted - Don’t revenge-mint because a friend flipped 2x Tools find inventory. You still choose. Who to follow for early alpha Don’t follow 200 NFT accounts. Follow people who surface names before they trend. @0itsali0 @iammattiex @tenacious_ar @SolguruNFT @IdaraAkpabio882 @tessonchain @Tma_420 @Crypto_Yapp Also use @SilentAlphaBot so you’re not living on your For You page. The real feed is not the project’s announcement. The real feed is what these accounts start watching 3–10 days earlier. When three of them post the same name uncoordinated, that’s a signal. When only one shills it and the replies are all “send wl,” that’s noise. Communities worth joining @0xAlphaGEMs — collabs, people who actually ship together @emperorjournal_ — tools and early alpha @IronAllies_ — bidding / trading flow, not just mint-and-cope @AlchemistDaO1 Rules for communities: - Don’t join 15 communities and go silent in all of them - Pick 2–3 and become a name - Help before you extract - Share research, not just “wen mint” Ok bye Kindly share cos I know this was helpful.

We’ve normalised overconsumption. Podcasts while walking, reels in the bathroom, music while cooking, and YouTube while eating. Something is always filling the silence. It’s as if we’re afraid to be alone with our own thoughts. Our minds have no breathing room left. And then we say we feel groggy and mentally tired. Of course you do. Your brain never gets a break.

Happy November everyone. Wishing you all a month full of luck and new opportunities. There are so many Web3 projects around us, but finding one that is both trustworthy and worth our time isn’t always easy. Many projects set strict requirements, looking at trading history, account reputation, and past activity before giving users a chance. But @agentdojo feels different. It focuses more on the quality of your content rather than how established your account is. For smaller accounts like mine, that’s a great opportunity to grow, contribute, and be part of the community without needing a big reputation to get started. What do you think about this approach? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. I’m still new to Web3, and there’s a lot I can learn from all of you.

5 Habits I Stole from the Most Locked-In Guy I Know: He’s not more disciplined than you. He just stopped making life unnecessarily focking difficult. 6:45 a.m. I’m sitting across from one of the most irritatingly consistent people I know. He’s already been to the gym. Tea beside him. Laptop open. Phone nowhere in sight. I’ve been awake twenty minutes and somehow already know what three strangers had for breakfast. I used to think people like him possessed superhuman willpower. Then I watched him carefully. Turns out the bastard just has better systems. So I stole them. 1. Say no without writing a fucking essay Someone invites him out. “Nah, I’m good.” That’s it. No invented dentist appointment. No dying relative. No twelve paragraph justification for why he can’t make drinks at 8 p.m. I tried it. “Nah, I’m good.” Two seconds of silence followed long enough to feel like I’d breached international law. Then the conversation simply moved on. That silence taught me something useful: Overexplaining is often approval seeking dressed up as politeness. You can be kind without putting every decision through a public inquiry. 2. Stop broadcasting the work No gym stories. No laptop photos. No “locked in 🔒” posts at 11:37 p.m. You only discover he’s been working on something when he suddenly becomes suspiciously good at it. I used to do the opposite. I’d post the perfect revision setup before revising beautiful desk, coffee, textbook open then achieve almost nothing. Academically devastating. There’s research suggesting that when others notice your identity related intentions, it can reduce the effort you put in afterward. You’ve already gotten a small hit of the identity you’re chasing. So the rule became: Don’t announce the construction. Let people notice the building. 3. One rabbit hole a week This might be my favourite. Every week, pick one thing you’re genuinely curious about and go unnecessarily deep. Memory. Stoicism. Sleep. Architecture. Game theory. Why songs get stuck in your head. Whatever makes you think, wait how the fuck does that actually work? Read. Watch lectures. Chase papers and references. One topic a week is roughly fifty subjects a year. Do that for a few years and something interesting happens: you become interesting. Not because you’ve collected clever things to say at parties, but because you actually have a mind worth talking to. If you want more things to talk about, acquire more things to think about. 4. Make distraction expensive His phone has rules. Focus earns leisure. Distracting apps are limited. Notifications are executed on sight. I thought this was extreme until I realised my own strategy was leaving TikTok twelve centimetres from my hand and hoping Marcus Aurelius would possess me. That’s not discipline. That’s bad architecture. Environment matters because every small obstacle changes the probability of a behaviour. Phone across the room. Website blocked. Book already on the desk. Gym clothes laid out. Study time already decided. Stop trying to become stronger than temptation. Make temptation more fucking inconvenient. 5. Do the worst thing first Whatever he’s been avoiding gets done early. The difficult chapter. The application. The email. The phone call. The task that’s been sitting on the list so long it’s practically paying rent. I started doing this and noticed an immediate difference: the rest of the day felt lighter. Unfinished tasks occupy mental space even while you’re doing something else. Kill the ugly thing early. Then enjoy the day without it sitting in the back of your skull whispering, “You still haven’t fucking done me.” He’s not permanently motivated. He doesn’t wake up possessed by the spirit of David Goggins. He’s human sometimes tired, distracted, lazy. He just stopped designing his life around the hope that tomorrow’s version of himself would magically have more willpower. That’s it. Pls like and follow
