Fentanyl seizures are down this year, and that's no accident. The HALT Fentanyl Act from Congressman @Rob4PA and Senator @DaveMcCormickPA, the work at the border, and strong law enforcement partnerships at all levels of government have made the difference.
I'm Pennsylvania's Attorney General, but I'm also a husband and a dad. I take this personally, because no community has been left unscathed by fentanyl.
The amount of poison our federal, state, and local partners are pulling off our streets is frightening, and I'm proud of every person fighting this battle with us. We cannot, and will not, ever stop.
My office charged 13 people tied to a drug trafficking ring that allegedly made hundreds of trips into Pennsylvania, moving cocaine and crack into our communities.
We will not let up. If you bring poison into Pennsylvania, we will find you and hold you accountable.

Happy 251st birthday to the United States Navy! ⚓ My time in the Navy taught me lessons I still lean on every day: lead from the front, take care of your people, and never lose sight of the mission. To every sailor serving today and every veteran who came before: thank you.
9/11 families have waited 25 years for justice. They hold $17 billion in judgments against the Taliban, yet $3.5 billion in frozen Taliban funds sits blocks from Ground Zero, out of reach.
I joined 30 other AGs asking the Supreme Court to make it right.

Great to see so many friends at the @PAGOP fall meeting this past weekend. I was glad to lead a conversation on protecting Pennsylvanians alongside Congressmen @Meuser4Congress and @GT_TeamGT, and to share an update on my office's work with the committee during the general meeting.
We've charged 12 people with moving illegal marijuana and delta-THC products through convenience stores and smoke shops across Pennsylvania and then laundering the profits.
A drug trafficking empire dismantled.
Twenty-five years ago today, almost 3,000 lives were taken in New York, at the Pentagon, and in a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
The passengers and crew of Flight 93 fought back so that others would live, and they gave their lives on Pennsylvania soil.
Today and every day, we strive as a nation to honor the memory of everyone who lost their lives on 9/11, and stand in defense of our collective values of freedom and liberty. We resolve to carry forward in the unity that brought us together in the days that followed. We will never forget.
As long as I'm Attorney General, Pennsylvania businesses will not have to fight this battle alone.
You should be able to earn a living and provide for your family without worrying about criminals destroying your business.
We will not stop dismantling these criminal networks.
Every organized retail theft shows up on your receipt.
Higher prices at the register are what these crimes leave behind, and families are already stretched thin.
We're making life more affordable for Pennsylvanians by going after organized retail crime.
I want to be remembered as the attorney general who made these companies change the way they do business to protect kids.
These aren't small changes. They go straight at the design choices that keep kids hooked and comparing themselves to everyone else.
This is what protecting kids online actually looks like.
Happy Labor Day, Pennsylvania.
Our Commonwealth was built by working people, and they keep it running today. I’m grateful for every one of them.
Enjoy the day. You’ve earned it.
To Pennsylvania parents: you deserve honest answers about the apps on your kids’ phones.
If a company is misleading you about how its product works, you can’t protect your kids the way you want to. We have your back.
Fraternities using pledges to help package cocaine is disturbing on so many levels.
Students go to college for an education, not to be used as labor in a drug trafficking operation.
We will continue to hold offenders accountable.
Make no mistake, these charges are serious. This operation moved drugs across Pennsylvania and into New York State. Our communities, and especially our young people, are safer today because we dismantled it.
Quite the magician.
Over three and a half years, one individual allegedly submitted reimbursements showing she worked more than 24 hours in a single day, more than 1,000 times, across 13 different home care agencies.
In addition to ripping off taxpayers, this behavior is an insult to every Pennsylvanian working hard day and night to care for their loved ones.
As long as I’m Attorney General, I will
always have their back.
1,300 hours of home care allegedly billed to Medicaid for a “patient” who was behind bars the whole time.
That’s the kind of fraud we’re rooting out in Pennsylvania, and that’s why we lead the nation in Medicaid fraud convictions.
