I think I will vote for the person that will continue to cut Public Education and Teachers salaries, that will assist with multi-billion cuts in our Health Care funding, who is not concerned about our environment or renewables and will continue to foster policies that cause our large companies like Devon to move to Texas. On the other hand ... I wonder if we should vote for someone different??? Such a tough choice.

Why are people not in the streets? Fear? 250K Oklahomans that will now depend on emergency rooms for uncompensated care, pushing many hospitals over the edge is a big deal. Restoring the cuts to health care is a pittance to what is being wasted on forever wars, tariff driven inflation, rising interest rates. It would be something to have an independent thinker in the Governor’s office not hand selected by Trump (Roger Stone) who will ACTUALLY work on real issues rather than made up narratives about trans kids and China.
I know every Oklahoman, no matter where we fall on the political spectrum, shares a belief that Oklahoma needs more balance, stronger public schools, better access to healthcare and mental healthcare, and leaders willing to work across party lines to get things done for everyday Oklahomans. That’s the Governor I’ll be.

A new study warns 45 rural hospitals are at risk of closing in Oklahoma, a predicament only topped by Texas and Kansas. And of those 45 rural hospitals at risk, the report from the Center for Healthcare Quality and Payment Reform, warns 18 of the hospitals are at "immediate risk."

Drug testing is now part of the campagin conversation in the Republican primary for Governor. Gentner Drummond released this link to a hair follicle drug test and is challenging MIke Mazzei to do the same test. This was the best. The guy that shot this photo got an award for showing Trumps inhumanity showing no interest in the care of a person who collapsed in his office. And Trump had to shake his hand.
What a great answer to this dismissal of politics by so many in our country.
