Any assessment of the failings in Children's Disability Network Teams needs to acknowledge that there are huge issues of burnout and low morale among staff and, consequently, poor retention of staff. This crisis within a crisis requires urgent attention from HSE management.

The system doesn’t need more legislative changes it needs more ✅ SLTs ✅ OTs ✅ Psychologists ✅ Social Workers Children, families, the existing staff on the ground all need the same thing, more staff
