Beautiful day for football, but not exactly the Tennessee-Texas atmosphere with 15 minutes before kickoff.
Neither RB DeSean Bishop nor DL Daevin Hobbs appeared on tonight's SEC availability report, so both are good to go for Saturday. RB Javin Gordon and DL Nathan Robinson were listed as questionable.

Our second installment of the @SportsChatt weekend 6-pack: @DavidSPaschall, @_malcolmharris and I break down tonight's @GoMocsFB season opener, plus the area's top five prep football matchups for Friday night. Another incredible job by @CodyWDowler for putting it all together 🏈
Looking forward to doing this with Stephen and Malcolm all season long...
Excited to announce a new weekly show from @SportsChatt that will run each Thursday this fall: the weekend 6 pack - where @DavidSPaschall @_malcolmharris and myself break down 3 local prep and 3 college football storylines for that weekend's games. Since college football hasn't kicked off yet, our inaugural video looks at 6 prep games to begin the season:
The Chattanooga Lookouts drew exactly 39,000 fans to their opening six-game homestand at Erlanger Park for an average of 6,500 per game. That average would have led all 30 Double-A baseball teams last season.
Blessed to work the post-Thanksgiving doubleheader of Georgia-Georgia Tech today and Tennessee-Vanderbilt tomorrow.
From the Tennessee notes following last night's 76-73 win over No. 3 Houston: The Volunteers are the only team in the country with 31 AP top-25 wins over the last five seasons (2021-26).
David Gabriel Georges just went 84 yards to extend Baylor’s lead to 56-35 with 4:11 to play. DGG now has 32 carries for 431 yards and seven touchdowns. He has 1,062 yards in four games against McCallie. Stunning stuff.
Didn't see Boo Carter run out of the T with the rest of his teammates just now. He already had been announced as inactive for today's game. Other inactive players ran out of the T in jerseys and sweatpants.
ETSU coach Will Healy on Joey Aguilar: "He's a really impressive leader, and I think that's what this place was craving. They wanted a guy they can relate to and a guy they respected and a guy who worked really hard for them, and it seems to be what they got."
