You know what's more expensive than $4 a gallon gas? Paying student loans I never took out. Paying for free food for someone that shouldn't even be here. Paying healthcare for people that jumped the border. Paying for infrastructure in a country I've never been to. Paying for military protection for people that hate us. Paying the salary of politicians trying to destroy this country. Paying judge’s salary that no longer support justice. These things are costing me a hell of a lot more than a gallon of gas…

This disgusting, antisemitic language from Donald Trump must have no place in our country, especially from the President of the United States. While unsurprising from a President who spews hatred on the daily, it must be universally condemned by those who want to root out antisemitism and bigotry in all its forms.

Replying to @POTUS45
@POTUS45 @realDonaldTrump , @SecWar @PeteHegseth @SecArmy and everybody else who sat in a chair while this dragged on for 17 years: Make December 3 a pay-per-view. Not for him. For them. Fort Hood. 1 p.m. Central. Firing squad. You already approved it. You already set the date. You already put it back on the post where they died. Finish it like leaders. Broadcast it as a national remembrance. Put the 13 on the screen. Put the families in the seats if they want to be there. Let them speak. At 1 p.m. the country hears one volley. Then the picture goes back to the names. Every dollar to the families of the dead and the wounded. That is how America says thank you. That is how you give back a piece of what was taken. On November 5, 2009, thirteen Warriors were killed and thirty-two wounded inside a readiness center while Warriors were processing to deploy, to treat troops, or to go home. The Pentagon called it workplace violence. For years that label kept Purple Hearts and combat benefits off the table! 6 years! It took Congress, in the 2015 defense bill, to force the recognition. Families buried their own and then had to fight their own government to have the dead called what they were. So do not give the country another closed-door procedure and a press release. Give the country the names. Michael Grant Cahill, 62, Cameron, Texas. Retired chief warrant officer. Civilian physician assistant. Back at work after a heart attack. Husband. Father of three. Maj. Libardo Eduardo Caraveo, 52, Woodbridge, Virginia. Psychologist. Born in Ciudad Juárez. First in his family through college. Headed to Afghanistan. Wife, three sons, two stepdaughters. Staff Sgt. Justin Michael DeCrow, 32. Training new soldiers on the paperwork. Husband and father. Capt. John Gaffaney, 56, San Diego. Psychiatric nurse. Arrived the day before to prep for Iraq. Came at the shooter with a chair. Married. A son. Spc. Frederick Greene, 29, Mountain City, Tennessee. Combat engineer. Wife and two daughters. Spc. Jason Dean Hunt, 22, Oklahoma. Iraq veteran. Re-enlisted. Newly married. Three kids. Sgt. Amy Krueger, 29, Kiel, Wisconsin. Enlisted after 9/11. Combat-stress unit. Headed to Afghanistan. Pfc. Aaron Thomas Nemelka, 19, West Jordan, Utah. Pfc. Michael Pearson, 22, Bolingbrook, Illinois. Capt. Russell Seager, 51, Racine, Wisconsin. Nurse practitioner. Spent his career treating veterans with PTSD. Pvt. Francheska Velez, 21, Chicago. Home from Iraq. Three months pregnant. She and her unborn child both died. Lt. Col. Juanita Warman, 55, Maryland. Nurse practitioner. Combat-stress care. Pfc. Kham Xiong, 23, St. Paul, Minnesota. Thirteen names. One of them never drew a breath. Thirty-two more carrying wounds into a seventeenth year. You can do this. The authority is already yours. President approved the sentence October 2. Army set the method, the place, and the hour. First military firing squad since 1945. First military execution since 1961. Use it. No biography of the shooter. No manifesto. No face. Roll the names. Roll the photos. Let the people who loved them have the microphone. One volley on the audio. Then back to the 13. All Proceeds to the families. December 3 belongs to the families. Sign it. Share it.
