Had a great time at the Titans game with my buddy @KenleyonTV. Of course Kenley had to leave by halftime to anchor the news at @WKRN. I know how that feels, or at least I used to!

Snowfall in October (not this year!): Interesting little fact a lot of folks don't know: Since records began in Nashville, we have had 8 days when we had at least a trace of snow. I definitely remember the Halloween snowfall in 1993!

I had the pleasure of going fishing yesterday with my friend, & retired @WKRN News Director Elbert Tucker @ETuckerRetired. What a beautiful October day on Old Hickory Lake!

After another chilly start, a long stretch of beautiful October weather in store, with cool nights & pleasant days (though above average). The only caveat is we need rain. Unfortunately, October is our driest month of the year. Meanwhile, enjoy! 7 Day courtesy of @NWSNashville.

Fall morning! BTW, Lewisburg was also 34.

Scattered frost most likely in our east & south counties in Middle TN (as well as KY) if winds die. Many of these locations could reach 34-37°F (air temp), which is cold enough for frost to form on the ground (solid object). BTW frost advisories are not issued in TN after Oct. 1.
