I follow the Buckley Rule. I vote for the rightmost viable candidate in any given election. And that means voting straight-ticket Republican.
Every evangelical who didn't vote Republican has blood on their hands. And no, I don't care that you sat it out for "principled reasons".
It's come to my attention that I've received votes to be Attorney General of South Carolina, despite the fact that I am neither an SC resident nor an attorney.

Right. Trump did great work on immigration so people stopped caring, and Trump did great work on crime so people stopped caring about that too.
Those were huge issues in 24 that basically disappeared from public consciousness.
