Day 23 and run 23 complete of @prostateunited running 5km each and every day in October as part of team @LCFC #LCFC to raise money for @ProstateUK   Physically it’s tiring and the body is aching, mentally it’s exhausting but seeing the reactions, likes, shares, follows are such a boost then when I see the donations, messages and the awareness it’s raising, it makes it all so worthwhile. This challenge is about making a difference not only for the here and now but for future generations, to keep fighting this disease, which currently affects 1 in 8 men and takes a life every 45 minutes.
