i genuinely cannot wrap my head around how far some people are willing to go to gain access to someone. someone impersonated someone i know and trust, to communicate with me. that same person then went on discord pretending to be someone else, harassing me, manipulating conversations, and trying to arrange an in-person meet up under an entirely false identity and pretenses. and i really need people to understand how fucking terrifying that is. this wasn’t just someone sending weird messages or pretending to be someone else for attention. someone was actively trying to get me to meet up with a person who wasn’t who they claimed to be. the fact that someone deliberately used people i recognized and trusted to make me feel comfortable enough to potentially walk into an unsafe situation is absolutely sickening. i don’t know who is behind this, and i don’t know what their intentions were, but i do know that my personal safety was being put at risk. i have a life outside of the internet. i have children who depend on me. i’m a mother before i’m a content creator, and the idea that someone could be trying to lure me into a situation where i could be harmed is something i will NEVER take lightly. this isn’t funny. this isn’t harmless trolling. this isn’t internet drama. these are real people with real lives, and actions like this can have very real consequences. and trust i’ll let them be fucking found out. i am so fucking tired of people thinking that because i share parts of my life online, they’re entitled to access to me in whatever way they please. LEAVE ME, THE FUCK ALONE. i deserve to exist, online AND offline, without having to question whether someone is deliberately trying to put me in danger or is who they say they are. get a fucking grip with your life.
