BLACKHEADS OR WHITEHEADS? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING AT HERE? 👀
There’s something ridiculously satisfying about watching clogged pores get cleared out! That smooth, velvety-skin feeling afterward is on another level.
Be honest… is this oddly satisfying to you, or does it make ...👇

HER HUSBAND TOLD THE DOCTORS NOT TO RESUSCITATE HER
Just yesterday on call, a doctor friend told me something that made me question how much authority a husband should have over his wife's life and her credit card.
He said to her "If you truly love me, money should not matter." That sounds beautiful until rent is due, groceries are running low, and the bills keep piling up. Love can survive financial hardship, but it cannot pay every bill by itself.

Wife found out her husband got her little sister AND her own mama pregnant at the same time 😳 How do you even come back from that?
A Sunday family dinner turned into a crime scene. Walk with me,
Men are what again?
It was supposed to be a simple dinner. Kayla brought her husband Brandon. Her sister Nadia was there. Her mama Gloria was there.
Then Kayla asked: "Why you being weird? Are you pregnant?"
Nadia said: "I was going to tell you... I'm 3 months."
Kayla: "Whose is it?"
Nadia looked at Brandon.

I respect a man who cleans up his socials when he's serious about someone new.
Unfollowing old flings and past situationships isn't about control or insecurity. It's about consideration and maturity
At the same time, money cannot buy loyalty, kindness, or genuine affection.
Would you rather struggle financially with someone who loves you or live comfortably with someone who does not? Just spill it out

Evaluate your friendships and let go of who you need to let go off. Just remembered one friend I had, my twin sister saw her and asked me how come we were friends, I ignore her observation, Years later, she manifested, flung the friendship and moved on with the speed of light.

How has your X experience been like since you started?
Growth, decline, too tough, easy, believing in God, cruise, luck, or you are just there without direction?
Tell your story, let's relieve some stress and have some fun!!! You might get directions too.
Your partner says, "My ex is just a friend. We have moved on."
But they still text each other late at night, share intimate problems, hide conversations, and become defensive whenever you ask questions.
At what point does "just a friend" become an emotional affair?

HOW DID YOU OVERCOME BULLYING?
I really don't understand why some senior doctors feel the need to bully medical students.
During one of our surgical postings, we had finished clerking a patient and were asked to present our findings to the consultant.
One of us volunteered to present.
She started well, explaining the patient's history and our findings. Then, suddenly, the consultant began picking on her English pronunciation.
If she pronounced a word correctly, he would find another way to mock her.
At one point, he asked her:
"Which high school did you attend? Didn't they teach you how to pronounce words there?"
We were stunned.
This was supposed to be a medical presentation. If she mispronounced a medical term, correct her. If her clinical reasoning was wrong, explain what she missed.
But he completely abandoned the medical aspect of the presentation and turned it into a session of humiliating a student over her English.
Some of us tried to intervene and plead with him, but he kept shutting us down.
He held us there for so long that we couldn't even return to class when we were supposed to.
This is an experience we would always remember because of how he made one of our us feel.
Even now, I still wonder what the actual problem was.
When did becoming a senior doctor become a licence to humiliate junior doctors and medical students?
Medicine is already demanding enough. Students deserve correction, discipline and high standards.
But does any of that require public humiliation🤷🏾
Have you ever faced bully or humiliation by a senior, lecturer or employer. How were you able to come off it?

My son asked me, “Mama, who used to sing to you when you were little?”
I told him I couldn’t remember anyone singing to me.
He climbed onto my lap and said, “Okay, close your eyes. You’re a baby now.”
Then he started singing the ABCs, skipped half the letters, and finished with, “And Mama.”
I think I’ve just found my new favorite song.

Family and money will truly test people’s real character.
Early this year, a cousin of mine reached out that he urgently needed money to buy a laptop for a remote job. Out of kindness and just wanting to support his hustle, I gave him the full amount interest-free.
Fast forward 8 months later, he hadn’t paid back a single naira and kept claiming he was completely broke. Until last weekend happened...
When my wife and I got married, I promised myself I would do everything I could to make her happy. I never imagined that one day, the woman I sacrificed so much for would be the reason I struggled to sleep at night.
After having our children, my wife became insecure about her body. She would look in the mirror and talk about getting her body done and having her breasts lifted. It hurt seeing her feel that way about herself, so I promised her that once we were done having kids and could afford it, I would help pay for everything.
I kept that promise.
I worked hard, put my own wants aside, and saved money because I wanted to see her smile when she finally got what she had dreamed about for years.
Some stories you hear are weird!
A man has been in America for over 16 years and can’t return to Nigeria 🇳🇬 because of his immigration status. He left behind a wife and 2 kids.
Since he couldn’t bring his wife over, he gave her permission to have a boyfriend. But this man had CONDITIONS o!
The boyfriend MUST be married, and whenever his wife finds someone, she has to let him speak with the person first.
The maddest part? Whenever he calls his wife and the other man is around, the man picks the call, and they both talk like old friends!
I have never heard of this kind of arrangement before.

China 🇨🇳 and Nigeria 🇳🇬 operate at different economic scales, but their states and provinces share striking parallels.
Both nations rely on distinct regional engines that drive their cultural, industrial, and economic identity:
1. Lagos vs Guangdong: The commercial nerve centers. Lagos is West Africa’s financial and tech capital; Guangdong (home to Guangzhou and Shenzhen) is China’s wealthiest manufacturing powerhouse.
2. Anambra vs Zhejiang: The cradles of grassroots entrepreneurship. Anambra runs on private enterprise and the Igbo apprenticeship system; Zhejiang (home to Yiwu and Hangzhou) is world-famous for its private factories and global wholesale hubs.
3. Kano vs Shandong: The northern heavyweights. Kano is the historic trade nerve center of Northern Nigeria; Shandong is a populous powerhouse of agriculture, industry, and cultural heritage.
4. Benue vs Henan: The national food baskets. Benue feeds Nigeria along the Benue River; Henan sits in the fertile Yellow River valley, serving as China's historic agricultural backbone.
5. Rivers vs Heilongjiang: The resource anchors. Rivers State powers Nigeria via oil and gas; Heilongjiang is home to Daqing, China’s historic petroleum hub.
6. Abuja vs Beijing: The administrative command centers built to steer national policy away from commercial chaos.
Which pairing surprised you the most, and what state or province would you add to #7?

If you look at the pattern on this app, you'll notice that some of the people who show women the most compassion, support, and understanding are men.
Honestly, I don't understand why some women are so harsh toward other women. Why is it so difficult for us to support, encourage, and celebrate one another?
Womanhood shouldn't be a competition. We should be able to correct one another without cruelty, disagree without hatred, and support one another without jealousy.
There's enough hardship in this world already. We don't need to make life harder for one another. ❤️
