While I’m sugar tweeting: 3/4 ounce of 1:1 simple has the same amount of sugar as 1/2 ounce of “rich” 2:1 simple. Also 1 ounce of liqueur which has 250 grams of sugar per liter has the same amount of sugar as a flat 1/2 (.41 ounce) of 1:1. Enjoy.
