And now for a story on civil discourse.
I got trolled once on here by a maga who my friends and I nicknamed TruckNutz™️
After a ruthless back and forth on a tweet, TruckNutz ended up subscribing to me. I immediately messaged him and told him to cancel. He said he would, but he found my content interesting.
He stayed a subscriber the whole time, and was respectful to me and to my other subscribers. No disruption, no trolling. Just music, memes, and laughs.
Sometimes when I wanted to understand the maga perspective on something, I'd ask him.
Once when I was very concerned that Trump was going to unleash the National Guard on protesters, TruckNutz, a veteran who used to jump out of helicopters for the military, assured me that our service members would not turn on the American people.
That gave me comfort.
TruckNutz's account was suspended recently. He's gone. but as we gear up for a historic election, and some possible fuckery from this corrupt regime, I know this.
There are conservatives who we will always disagree with on policy.
There are conservatives who we disagree with on ideology. There are conservatives who served and fought to protect our very freedom to disagree.
And there are conservatives who, like us, believe in America.
That premise which unites us, is greater than what divides us.
We are all Americans. This country is too big for such small minds.
ENOUGH.

🚨 JUST IN: BIG TROUBLE FOR SCOTT JENNINGS! CNN’s pro-Trump commentator has been hit with a MASSIVE $72.5 MILLION defamation lawsuit from political streamer Hasan Piker.
The lawsuit, filed today in federal court in Washington, D.C., accuses Jennings of spreading a deliberately manipulated video that falsely portrayed Piker as advocating for the lynching of Black Americans.
But here’s where things get even worse for Jennings.
Per the complaint, Jennings didn’t just broadcast misleading footage. He allegedly added a FABRICATED QUOTE that Piker never said, stripping away the context showing that Piker was actually mocking racist rhetoric, not endorsing it.
Independent fact-checkers previously confirmed that the video misrepresented Piker’s remarks.
Now Piker is seeking $27.5 MILLION in compensatory damages and another $45 MILLION in punitive damages. The allegations will have to be proven in court.
This could become a major legal headache for one of Trump’s most prominent defenders on cable news.
It’s about time this kind of deception has consequences.
