.@JamesTalarico: We didn’t win by alienating our neighbors, or by shaming our neighbors, or by ridiculing our neighbors. We embodied a new kind of politics. A politics rooted in a deep love — for our state, for our country, and for all of our neighbors.
My faith teaches me that love is the strongest force in the universe.
Love is not passive. Love is not neutral. Love is not weak. Love requires that we stand between the bullies and the bullied. Love requires that we look evil in the eye and not blink.
Love can heal what’s broken in America.

.@JamesTalarico: There is something broken in America.
Our economic system is broken. Our political system is broken. Even our relationships with each other feel broken.
That’s because the most powerful people in the world want it that way.
They want us looking left and right at each other instead of looking up at them. The real fight in this country is not left vs right, it’s top vs bottom.
Tonight we sent a crystal clear message to the people at the top: We will not be conquered.

Sen. Ossoff: Our task is not just to contain one president's wickedness, but to heal the brokenness beneath. This is a moment not for restoration, but for reformation. Because while the wealthy feast on inside information and official favors, America's forgotten families are treated to official indifference, working harder and harder while the treadmill just gets faster and steeper.

Liz Cheney: “I say this to my Republican colleagues who are defending the indefensible. There will come a day when Donald Trump is gone, but your dishonor will remain.”
Elon Musk was among the biggest losers of election night.
He doled out around $446 million — the most a non-candidate has ever spent on an election — but his preferred candidates were swamped, losing almost everywhere.

This is called voter suppression and these people will 100% wait all day, if they have to, to vote. Republicans have done everything in their power to suppress the vote and I am sure more shenanigans are coming but don't tell me that people are not motivated and dedicated. This doesn't happen in red counties. They have like two machines per voter.
My sincerest thank you to everyone who has to wait for hours to cast their vote. 🗳️💙🗳️💙

A CNBC survey found that nearly 2/3 of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck and 90 percent have less than $500 left over after paying their monthly bills.
But alas, it’s the Golden Age for the Trump family. They’re raking in billions of dollars as their globalist empire expands and federal government coffers are treated like their personal piggy bank.
Meanwhile, the national debt has swelled to 40.59 trillion dollars and there’s absolutely no plan to address this ticking time bomb.
Well, we can do something about it tomorrow. Vote! Let’s put an end to the obscene corruption taking place right before our eyes. Let’s craft sane and sensible fiscal policies. Let’s make ethics and integrity great again. Now get out there and do your part . . . VOTE!

Trump says we're building more factories than at any time in our history.
In reality, factory construction is down over 30% from its 2024 peak, and it's still falling.

JON OSSOFF JUST LAID OUT THE WHOLE SCAM IN GEORGIA — AND IT'S BIGGER THAN ONE DEAL.
At his closing rally in Morrow, Georgia, Senator Jon Ossoff walked through it deal by deal. Georgia is listening: he leads Mike Collins 55-40 in the latest poll, and 2.2 million Georgians have already voted.
While Donald cuts a diesel deal with Vladimir Putin — 300,000 tons now, 500,000 in November, a million more after that, while diesel sits at $6.33 a gallon for American farmers and truckers — his own son-in-law Jared Kushner and his envoy Steve Witkoff are brokering the sale of Lukoil's $20-22 billion in international oil fields, refineries and gas stations to the first family's friends.
The buyers, as Jon Ossoff named them: Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE's spy chief, who paid $500 million for half of the Trump-Witkoff crypto company days before the inauguration. Moutaz and Ramez Al-Khayyat, the Syrian-born brothers financing Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump's multi-billion-dollar Albanian resort. And billionaire Todd Boehly leading the consortium. The United States government itself would take a 15% stake — through the same government that is supposed to approve the deal.
Then Marco Rubio: his State Department helped steer up to $1.6 billion in taxpayer backing to the Trump sons' tungsten mine in Kazakhstan — the company's own chief executive says it got 'direct assistance' from Donald Trump, Marco Rubio and Howard Lutnick.
Then Pete Hegseth's Pentagon: a $620 million loan to Vulcan Elements, the magnet company Donald Trump Jr.'s fund invested in three months earlier — the biggest loan that Pentagon office ever gave. And Venezuelan oil money routed through Qatari bank accounts — $500 million in the first sale alone, more than $13 billion taken in by late July.
And Elon Musk? Apartheid Clyde is one of these elites. He spent $475 million buying this election, his companies took $10 billion more in federal contracts since he left DOGE, and his Tesla paid ZERO in federal income taxes on $5.7 billion in U.S. profits. That's why he tells poor people America will end if his side loses. It has nothing to do with them. They are just the infantry for an oligarchy waiting to happen.
This is not a presidency. This is the biggest Ponzi scam in American history — and it is a national security danger, because the men running the State Department, the Pentagon and the negotiating table are cutting resource deals for the family while you pay $6.33 for diesel.
So hear Jon Ossoff's closing line, and hear it like it's real: Raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God, in front of the United States Congress? Because next year, that's where this ends. 1 day. EVERYBODY KNOWS IT.

Last night Trump said he could have won Vietnam in a week. His plan was “going after Ho Chi Minh City.”
Ho Chi Minh City was Saigon, the capital of South Vietnam. Our ally. The enemy’s capital was Hanoi. We bombed it.
He called the presidents who fought that war stupid, then explained how he’d have won it by attacking our own side.
58,220 Americans died in that war. Trump got five deferments. Now he’s telling the rest of us how easy it would have been.
He’s had more than fifty years to learn which side we were on. He still hasn’t. That alone should disqualify him from sending anybody else’s kids to war.
Instead, he’s weighing more strikes on Iran after Tuesday. His administration has reportedly considered using the “mother of all bombs,” the one he calls “like a tiny nuclear bomb.”
The man who thinks we should have bombed our ally’s capital gets to choose the targets.

This week House Judiciary Dems dropped a report presenting new evidence linking Trump with Epstein's crimes. The report includes stories from 11 women, five of whom directly accuse Trump of r*pe or sexual assault. There’s more than enough evidence justifying investigation of co-conspirators and accomplices.
@RepRaskin is committed to pushing for all Epstein co-conspirators to be investigated and for all survivors to receive the justice they deserve.

Your taxes aren’t high because struggling families need food stamps or poor children need school lunches.
They’re high because Washington spends billions on wars while handing massive tax breaks to the ultra-wealthy.
Please, please, if you’re a Democrat who hasn’t voted and is thinking of staying home on Tuesday because you think we have enough votes, we don’t ! Your vote is so critical, do whatever you can to get out and vote. Every last one of us are needed 🙏🙏

I was in court WITH Jeffrey Epstein for three days before he died and with his survivors reading their victim's impact statements. I KNOW what they have on Trump. There were 1700 photos of underage young people on the walls confiscated by the FBI. There were hard drives. WHERE ARE THEY?
