Take care
It’s been a very fatiguing few days. When I think my body is working it shuts down. I have to push through to get it to work. And I don’t have it that bad. Eating 4 Haagen Das strawberry ice-cream cups made me feel better. Unhealthy but so good. Crazy cravings out of nowhere.

My heart goes out to Bruce Willis and his family, & also my gratitude for shining a much needed light on this disease. When people step forward it helps all of us. When people get a diagnosis it’s extremely difficult, but also for most a relief to get a diagnosis.
