During the last week, we've shipped a lot of features point at one thing: don't hand your judgment on who's the right person over to an agent. You have the context, from discovery calls, from your read on the industry. The agent just needs to learn it from you. Here's what new on DeepVista: Score 5 leads, the agent learns your criteria Looks at founder LinkedIn activity, team composition, and recent job postings, not just headcount and funding stage. Score the first 5 candidates in a new project and say why; the next search uses those signals. One round of scoring made the next batch 40% more accurate in our tests. Try this prompt: "Find me [who you're looking for]." Score the 5 people it shows you, fit or not, and say why. Batch outreach, no generic templates Connect on LinkedIn first, short intro, before any pitch. Their posts tell you what to open with instead of a guess. Ask the agent why one person replied and another didn't, and use that to check your own assumptions about who's actually a fit. Try this prompt: "Draft outreach for these 5 leads." Once you have enough examples, ask the agent to learn from them and adjust to the most effective angle. One database for every customer and what's next Every touchpoint, call note, and meeting note lands in one place, visible to the whole team. Hand a deal to whoever's booking the call or closing it, they already have the context. Ask the agent who to follow up with, or who to tell about a new update. Try this prompt: "I have a new update, who should I tell?" or "Log this call, what's the next step for this person?" Start a new project and try it on your next list. We originally created the Workbench to help people find leads. Today, we are releasing an improved creation flow, and we want to share the best practices behind it. A Workbench gives a single initiative a dedicated home, organized around three core assets: 1. Notes: Unfiltered call takeaways, quotes, and rough thoughts. Your agent searches them automatically; you never need to tell it to “remember this.” 2. Workflows: Repeatable automation. Calibrate tasks manually first, then automate only what is proven to convert. 3. Database: The operational ledger. It stores verified leads, touch points, and booked meetings while the agent does the work. After iterating our product with founders and sales teams, we’ve found that feeding raw call notes and customer feedback into the workbench turns DeepVista agent into a sharp operator. Putting an AI workflow on autopilot on day one is usually a mistake. If your true decision-makers are technical co-founders or Heads of Product, scheduling a generic search every morning simply creates noise at scale. We believe the right way to scale outbound with an AI agent is calibrate first, automate second. Start by spending a few sessions guiding the agent. Give it your specific constraints, review the initial batches, and provide feedback on the search results. DeepVista remembers your preferences and criteria across your workbench. Once the results consistently meet your quality bar, that is when you scale by turning on autopilot. DeepVista 1.0.1 makes this transition seamless. Below is what is new and how to get the most out of it. 1. Put workflows on autopilot once quality is dialed in 2. More robust search results for new leads 3. Act on recommended priorities instantly Read more details here: docs.deepvista.ai/version/1-… Happy lead hunting!

Coming back to us the next day used to mean digging through the database and prompting the agent to remember where you left off. We think your workbench should brief you first. (Note: on DeepVista, a workbench is the project hub where you organize your core GTM work). The moment you open a workbench, DeepVista now scans the databases and active workflows there, giving you a clear read on: which cold leads to warm up, which past prospects to reactivate around your latest release, and insights on sourcing your next batch. We also shipped several navigation and editor improvements. Below is what is new on DeepVista. 1. Get AI summary briefs across your workbenches 2. Jump directly from cards to parent databases 3. Navigate card mentions faster in the editor 4. Copy chat responses with full formatting intact 5. Pin key table columns Read the full release note here: docs.deepvista.ai/version/0-…

Hey there, below is what's new on DeepVista: 1. Turn any database into an automated workflow Your un-automated databases now display an Add a workflow button in the toolbar. Clicking to start a quick, guided chat setup where DeepVista helps you choose what data to track, sources the answers, and keeps your columns populated automatically. 2. Set up new projects in a few guided steps Starting a project no longer requires filling out a long form. A quick step-by-step setup guides you through naming your project, choosing an inbound or outbound focus, and opening your first workbench with starter tables and prompts ready to go. 3. Jump straight from workflow outputs to your database Want to see the records your workflow just produced? In the workflow diagram, click the Output node to open the target database directly. No more switching views or searching through your workbench to find your new data. 4. Open your rollup database automatically Workbenches now open directly to your aggregated database view. When you open a workbench to check leads, contacts, or research, your rollup table appears right away so you can get to work without an extra click. 5. Browse and copy prompts in the updated Playbook library Looking for prompt templates? The /playbook directory has a clean new layout with prompt cards you can copy in one click, plus quick controls to save prompts and database settings directly to your workbenches. 6. Real-time status for your background workflow runs Keep tabs on background runs without second-guessing. Dispatched workflow runs now update their status live: if a run hits an issue, you will see it marked in red right away. You can also click directly into the run's chat session to review results or see what happened. You can check out the full release note here: docs.deepvista.ai/version/0-…

Ready to have a smoother experience on DeepVista? Version 0.7.4 is live. Here's what's new in your day-to-day GTM operation: 1. Set up a new project in two simple steps Creating a project now takes two simple steps instead of one long form. First, name your workbench using ready-made presets instead of a blank field. Then DeepVista opens that workbench and fills in a starting prompt for you automatically. Adding a workbench from the right-hand menu also shows its default database right away. 2. Customize your database in any workbench Every workbench keeps one combined database of everything inside it, including nested workbenches. Add or move a database in and it's included right away, no setup needed. You can customize that combined database's own columns, sort order, and views just like any other database. 3. Keep your edits safe when an agent writes to the same card If you edit a card while an agent is writing to it too, your edit no longer gets overwritten. The agent's write is rejected the moment it detects your change, so it re-reads your latest version and tries again. A card nobody else is touching still saves in a single step. And more... All of these updates are live in your DeepVista project today. Check out our full release note here: docs.deepvista.ai/version/0-…

DeepVista 0.7.3 is live, solving the black box and ephemeral research problem with your GTM engine: • Live chat previews: Watch background web searches, card updates, and running tasks before opening a thread. • Parent database: Focused queries roll up into one parent database (e.g., “weekly follow-ups” & “DeepVista CRM Tracker”). • LinkedIn connector: Connect your account under Settings → User → Connectors to inspect profiles and send messages natively. • Smart keyboard navigation: Arrow navigation in ⌘K, instant saves with ⌘S, and named version snapshots. DeepVista 0.7.2 makes it easier to direct your AI and manage your project data in one place. What you can do now: • Tune your agent in-line: Leave ratings and notes on any chat response to correct mistakes and guide future outputs. • Track all contacts in one roster: Workbenches now compile every person across your databases into a single master directory. • Launch projects faster: Set up workbenches, workflows, and goals through a guided starter flow instead of building from scratch. • Review cards side-by-side: View and verify generated notes, tables, and docs in the side panel while you keep chatting. 4. Chats file themselves into Workbenches. When you chat about a project or note inside a Workbench, the conversation automatically saves into that Workbench.

5. Pin notes on workflow charts. Pin multiple step popovers onto your visual workflow canvas like sticky notes so you can view the whole plan at once.

1. Start with database, not workflows. Don’t build complex workflows from scratch. Now you can generate a database (like target leads or user interview lists) with a single prompt, edit it, and only automate it once you like the results.

2. Drop long meeting audio directly into chat. You can now upload long audio files straight into chat. DeepVista listens and extracts them directly with no separate transcription tool needed.

DeepVista AI retweeted
𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝟰𝟬𝟬 𝗶𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸. People often ask how I stay consistent on social media without letting it eat my entire day. I write my own content. The voice, arguments, and takeaways have to come directly from me. What I hand off to AI is the operational overhead: 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹: turning docs, release notes, and customer notes into draft angles. 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: scheduling drafts across a 10-day sprint in a single tracker. 𝗜𝗻𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: attaching tracking links and routing inbound interest straight into our CRM with immediate alerts. The bottleneck in content distribution usually is not thinking up an idea. It is the friction of formatting, tracking, scheduling, and following up. If you want the step-by-step tutorial and want to set up this workflow for your own distribution, comment "𝙂𝙍𝙊𝙒" below. I will send over the link and help you set up the playbooks.

Hey there, Starting today, just by using a quick enable button and chatting, you can unlock new magic on DeepVista! We’ve expanded DeepVista’s connectivity engine to integrate with third-party applications via Composio, run real-time deep research with Exa Agent, and add interactive chat decision controls to conversations. Also, collaborating with your team members remotely and organizing context across projects are getting smarter here again. You can now: Co-edit a doc with multiple team members in real time. Ask the agent to drop your recent output or any ongoing work process (e.g., a note, a workflow, or any context card) into a workbench to find it easily later.
