The updated figure is up from the previously reported 971 million USDT.
🚨 @cz_binance says Binance appears to have been hacked.
He says user funds are safe, thanks @tether and @circle for freezing ~$971M and ~$823M and expects users to be fully reimbursed.
CZ notes he no longer runs Binance.
