SpaceX $SPCX wants to borrow $40B to buy Nvidia hardware. Morgan Stanley estimates the AI industry may need $1.5 TRILLION in outside financing by 2028. Is this really sustainable?

Google just secured 3.59 GIGAWATTS of electricity for its AI expansion. The deal includes 890 MW from upgraded nuclear reactors, another 2.7 GW of long-term supply and will support $4.3B+ in new energy investment. Why now? America’s biggest power grid is considering telling data centers to basically “bring your own power” or risk being shut off during peak demand. Electricity is the most valuable resource in the AI race at this point.
